ICICIcredit Card — Executives misguiding customers | |||
I have been offered with ICICI HPCL credit card saying that it has Buy 1 get 1 free movie tickets. I checked the website it showed no signs of it.. I called the executive back and he again confirmed that it has the above mentioned features. Now that i tried to book the ticket its saying the my card is not eligible for that offer. I am extremely disappointed. Its not the problem with the bank. Its the problem with the executives who misguide the customers. By the way the executive name is Sharath. His number is [protected]. He also told me that he will get back to me with the details of the card showing the above mentioned features. Now I am trying to call this guy and he is avoiding my calls.
