[Resolved]  ICICIcredit Card — settlement

dear sir,i am holding a credit card of icici and i was regualrly paying the min amount,still nov09,when it was not possible for me to pay the min amount ,collection people called me for payment i made req to settele for the amount by giving some discount that time the o/s was 45000 only,after that some one called and and told me that they can settle for the amt of 32000 ,that i have to pay in 2 installmets,after he played a game that i have to clear the min due and after that they are going to settele that,i made req again pls get me the settelment letter and collect the chq.after that there is no resopnse from bank.in last month some one called from bank and asked for the payment and eaplained the same thing.when the time of making the settelment req it was 45000 now it became 57000 and they suddenly blocked my savings acconut without any kind information,i had been to atm cenetr to draw money it was very urgent situation,wife was in hospital.it was showing negative balance.
what i have to in this situation is that correct form bank people to block the account without any information.now also i am ready to pay for the settele the amount for 32000.by this month end.do they rights to block my saving account without any kind information.pls help me out to unblock the account and to use my amount .and suggest me how to settle this issue

Hi,
For the past 2 years I am using EMI card(Rs. 2000) . Last year due to Job crisis I am unable to pay my 01 month premium and in very next month paid Rs 2000 . After putting late payments like 300, 600, 1000 not it becomes 4545. But last 2 months I am chasing with Customer call centre for this clearance. But no proper response from their side. ATlast Last month before due date I again contact the call centre for this settlement. They told our settlement person will contact U with in five days. Still I have not received a single call than fresh statement.

pl look at this matter and do the needful.

I also conformed with that executive for further late fee, he says they don't put .
