[Resolved]  ICICIcredit Card — SEVERE MENTALL HARRASSMENT FROM NODAL OFFICERS

i need to place a severe complaint regarding the nodal officers ms. arunjyoti and aunanda rao of icici. they have been very incompetent in resolving my issue. after placing 2 complaints on consumer forum they have taken 2 years to address my issue. they claim they have given me a service gesture by reimbursing all the financial charges. but they are not undersatnding that it is not a service gesture . they have wrongly charged me charges which they have partially reimbursed. they cannot prove by any means that the outstanding payment which they so claim is for the unpaid purchases. they are accusing me by saying that i have agreed for emi's which is completely incorrect i have never accepted it. infact i had to remind ms. arunjyoti several times to inform me the balance outstanding as a direct amount, but she kept giving me outstanding balance in the form of emi's. it has been a complete stress and mental harassment in dealing with the so called highest level of customer care department.

i have been tortured daily in every email of theirs. they took nearly 2 years to reverse just a partial amount.

i really request some sensible person to handle this issue. i do not want to deal with these people any more. just want to finalise once and for all.

they have again sent me a bill of incorrect outstanding of Rs. 11000/- and threatning to add financial charges. i dont want to deal with them any more.

please help me in resolving this issue at the earliest.

please dont let these two uneducated people call me again. they are simply useless and should be actually sacked off their jobs or rather should be demoted as freshers to the lowest level in customer care and should be given training in problem solving and customer service ettiquetes.
I request some one more competent than these two females with much understanding to call me to resolve this issue.

We understand that our official had contacted you and informed the details of the outstanding. Further a detailed sheet had been sent to you explaining the break up of the outstanding. We had reversed the disputed amount along with the financial charges levied.

To avoid levy of further financial charges, please make the payment as per the credit card statement.

Sorry to say but your team members are completely in efficient. I had strictly mentioned that Ms Arunjyoti should no more contact me. Yet she calls me which means that ICIC fails to understand the complaints made by the customer thus resulting in the delay for the solution which furtherer results in the inconvinience caused to your customers which results in excess financial charges and so on and if you think my reversing this amount it is a service gesture then I WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS BULL .

ALL THIS CHARGES LEVIED TO ME ARE UNACCEPTABLE WHICH I HAD MENTIONED EARLIER THEY ARE NOT PURCHASES MADE AND I REFUSE TO PAY ANY CHARGES OTHER THAN THE PURCHASES THEREFORE I REQUEST SOME SENSIBLE AND EFFICIENT PERSON TO CALL ME AND RESOLVE MY PROBLEM
