ICICIcredit Card — Unnecessary charges to my card and not maintaining their database | |||
I am using ICICI credit card since 2007. I had properly in every month. From 2011 I had stooped purchasing with this card. and every month they have levied unnecessary charges to my card (like penalty charges and over limit charges).Then i stopped providing money to them. After that 1st they call me in in my home landline no. and then they call me up to settlement of the card. Every time i provide my cell no to them and ask them to upload this in your database since i am not staying this house. and every 15 days different person call to my land line and then call to my cell no. And I am surprised to know none of the person known to each other. If i am saying i have informed the to a particular person other person told me I dont know this person. so in what basis i will settle the same and provide money to them. They are not maintaining their database for employee They don't know other coll in same organization even they don't have any database for that And unnecessary charges levied Was this information helpful? | |||
