[Resolved] icontrol IPTV — Please refund my security

i disconnected my iptv on 28.1.09 and one month has gone and i hane not received my Rs.1000 which was deposited as security. i complined about it so many times but it seems all people at AKSH have lost thier hearing power. I have connected iptv at my house in chandigarh but it is not working, i have registered my complaint to akash i control/ BSNL but nobody attend my complaint.it is good service but due to poor customer service.

A sum of Rs.398/- is included as IPTV Charges for the period 1/12/08 to 21/01/09 in my telrphone Bill No.[protected] dated 9/3/09 whereas I never enjoyed the services of IPTV. Kindly liaise with MTNL and have the charges removed from my telephone bill. My telephone No. is 26876899 and residential address is Type IV/155, North West Moti Bagh, New Delh-110021.
