Non Refund of Security Deposit

I had surrendered the IPTV connection[protected] alongwith the set top box, remote and AV cable etc on 04 January 2011. I was informed that I will be refunded the security deposit within 45 days. Now it is almost FIVE months and I am transferred out and I still have not got my refund. backing up on mode of payment and provision of agreed services

A few months back i got the icontrol-iptv connection installed on terms of payment of Rs. 150 per month ( from chawla communications). I was informed that this included many added features such as rewinding a programee for all channels. This service, however, was withdrawn within a month without any information.

On 30th August '09, to my surprise I received a message telling me that I need to recharge my account to continue...

Non functioning of IPTV for 52nd day from installation.

I got IPTV Aksh of MTNL installed on 7th Feb 2009.From the date of installation it never functioned and several complaint lodged vide e-mails and online complaints of ED J.Gopal and other officials has so far not effected MTNL nor Aksh IPTV and they have failed to resolve the grievance of starting the iptv.Complaints with Aksh iptv are simply ignored and they simply give false promise that they would be sending their company engineer, who...

Please refund my security

i disconnected my iptv on 28.1.09 and one month has gone and i hane not received my Rs.1000 which was deposited as security.
i complined about it so many times but it seems all people at AKSH have lost thier hearing power.
Please its a kind request to refund my money....

iptv booking complaint

i have booked icontroliptv at 26991500 in august but due to some resons it was rejected but i was not even told about its reason.
so after one month i rebooked it and i was given a mtnl line having ph no 28061753 .
after 10 days of its installation i was not even been provided with set top box.
i regularly call your customer care to know my status but i was told everytime that your profile and ob number has not come from...
