[Resolved]  icontrol IPTV — Non Refund of Security Deposit

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I had surrendered the IPTV connection[protected] alongwith the set top box, remote and AV cable etc on 04 January 2011. I was informed that I will be refunded the security deposit within 45 days. Now it is almost FIVE months and I am transferred out and I still have not got my refund. My near daily visits/calls to the office have only one reply-"your cheque has yet come to us, we'll in form you when it comes". Can you please help???
