[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Ltd. — Complaint regarding customer care service of Idea mobile company

Dear Sir

I have complain regarding Idea customer service provider and customer care.I am from Kothrud Depo -Pune.I have a post paid connection of Idea No. - [protected].
Due to personel reason i wanted to disconnect the idea service and i have given written application along with verbal communication to our nearest customer service centre at paud road, Pune on 15th march.I have paid all the payment.then also idea company has send me April to June months bills even though i have given application for discontinue the connection. Again i went to paud road pune branch and spoke to there person and settled issue by paying again Rs. 280/- .But still again this month i have received bill of showing balance of amount 177/- and when we went to same branch to ask for details, they were not ready to give details nor they are giving proper answers and behaved with no manners.
we are totally disappointed with idea's service and would like to tell everyone please dont take connection of idea. as these people have not given proper training how to treat customers. As idea company have told there emplyees that dont pay attention towards those who have disconnected.or they dont want to settle the bills only to get money any how and fulfill their targets.
i want to request you to please give priority and preference to this complaint and please give us solution as our deposit amount is pending with idea and they are not giving us by just raising bills against that months to which we have not used also as we already has disconnected in the month of march-2009.
how they can raise bills for the month of april to june-09. if we have given application, how they can say that for processing it takes time and till head office get intimation we cant disconnect.you have to pay bill. why we should pay bill if we are not connected, as our service was blocked when we have given complaint.who has made this rule i just want to ask.it is duty of system operator to disconnect line as soon as we give application and from system only u should delete mobile no for future billing.why network of people is so dull or system is so third class that if they cant handle problem, how they are handling such company.

please if you are really solving complaints please look in to matter first and solve this problem .as we got frustreted with there behavior .waiting for ur reply.

I have complain regarding Idea customer service provider and customer care. I am from Delhi.I have a prepaid connection of Idea No. - [protected].
Due to personnel reason i wanted to deactivate the daily cricket pack service and paanch ka dum2 contest and i verbal communication to our nearest customer service centre.
I don’t activate the above service and active the above service automatically and deduct the amount of the above service. we are totally disappointed with idea's service and would like to tell everyone please dont take connection of idea as these people have not given proper training how to treat customers.
i want to request you to please give priority and preference to this complaint and please give us solution

please if you are really solving complaints please look in to matter first and solve this problem .as we got frustreted with there behavior .waiting for ur reply.

I am a user of idea celluar service . I ahve a complaint on the cuomer care service idea is providing. On 21st Nov 09 at 7:30 Pm i called the customer care number 12345 to deactive my dialer tone which has got activeted with out my knowledge. First I spoke to one of the execuitive Ms.Varalakshmi, she started arguing that I have not followed the procedure properly. The way the execuite was speaking it made me frustated and said to esclate the call, then one floor supervisor Mr. Amzad took the call he also said the same thing no difference in the langage as well the resolution. Again I myself tried through IVR once again at 9PM on 21st nov.2009. I waited till 22ndt.nov.2009 11Am but it has not got deactived. Then I called the customer care survice on 22nd nov 2009 at 11:05Am then one Mr.Venu attended the call the same routine story they said but as a customer I have not got the resultion. I was trying to escalate the execuitive that I have followed the procedure what ever your IVR was telling again execuitive is saying that you have not followed the correct procedure. Finally one Mr. Ranjith said that he will get the result for my problem by 24hrs but I dont know how he neither raised a complaint . Actulay I want to talk to a Mager or the quality person who was training the team to give customer satisfation where they have failed.

Please do the needful.

i had taken card on 16th of nov 2009 from global network in ladewadi bhosari and i requested them to add on that new car no-[protected] on my old no [protected] the card is on name of mr.rajendra gore, my father. there are two months left but they havent did it. whenever i called they speak arrogantly. they are always give nonsense answer to me.
and from last two months 20 rs charges are added in my bill of some music which is not activated by me so revese that amount

idea customer care service is so poor.you are continuously deducting my money from my account.so i request u to take appropriate action against it stop this inconvinience service.
i am using your service from last 1 year and if this problem will not stop then i will discard my sim card and i'll also tell my frnds not to use idea sim.

My mobile number is [protected] and i am getting the cricket alerts everyday without being subscribing for it. I don't know who has activated it without my knowledge when I have given clear instruction not to activate any such SMS for me.

When I called up at cusotmer care the somebody told me that this is compaint number and we can not de-activate the sevice you need to call 12345. But when I dialled 12345... there's no one to answer the quetion...

Please deactivate these messages as soon as possible otherwise I will launch a complaint at consumer forum

in spite of paying my moble bills regularly, idea has been barring my service... this is ridiculous...then FIRST i called 198...tell my complaint...then after narrating the whole story they ask me to call 12345... which is again useless... can anyone tell me wer do i call exactly?
I took my idea sim for my daughter a week before. I submited my documents in time but still without any early information they barred my number. The fault was their. I was promoised that they will activate my sim by today. All the promises were fake. My daughter was waiting for her interview calls and she have suffer'd great personal loss. my number is [protected].

I am Ashish Kumar from Roorkee, Disst- Haridwar. actually I does use idea number but now i am facing problem from 6 month regarding balance. When i does recharge after within 1-2 minute cut balance my mobile. when i have do call customer care, they says me that you have activate service on your mobile, while i does not activate any service my mobile, but i said that now i am not want any service on my mobile please you off all service on my number, they says me that now your balance never cut. but now i have recharge Rs 20 but now same condition is applicable on my mobile. Now I want not any service on my mobile number, My number is [protected].
I had submitted my document for MNP from idea to airtel on 5th Feb and it was rejected due to porting code doesnot match. Again I submt it on 8th Feb now this time code was correct but still on 15th there is message from idea that porting code does not match and on sunday 20th there is message from idea that your MNP is in process. On 24th message comes that request rejected by donor due to : There are subsisting contractual obligations from the subscriber agreement. In the mean time I had cleared all the dues of idea bill and it is showing in negative. Now pls tell where and what is the problem as I am suffring from this problem last 15 days. Pls send my confirmation earliest.

Today my sum 41 plane also removed evening 5 o’clock….what is this, I think each plan have to removed 12:00 pm

When I call customer care then I can’t get any response……plzz help me what can I do…plzz doing something for me otherwise I will MNP in another operate…nd suggest all frnds nd relative….plzzz
