[Resolved] Idea Cellular — wrong commitments
i had received the call of idea customer care regading the new mobile plan of idea i which i had to pay rs.299 & that too rs. 99 as the sim card charge & rs . 200 would be dedcuted from my 1st & 2 nd bill i.e Rs.100 from 1st bill & Rs. 100 from 2nd bill( & no security deposit) ...as i had taken the connnection between nov month ...bill received in the month of Dec 08 consisted of half rent for the month of nov 08 & there was not deduction of rs. 100 which was stated to me while taking the connection when is spoke to customer care thrugh mail they told me .the scheme which ur telling has already being expired & when i contacted the idea customer through phone told me ...yes i has not been dedcuted in this month bill ..will be deducted next month...but even the same thing happened in the next month & even the bill which i received was on some one else ...even nformed the idea bout this & they told me that will send the fresh bill ...but no action yet ...really fake commitment & fake service given by idea ...not worth beliving idea people
