      Hello, My Idea Sim card was active till 15 Dec 2022, but on the same day my recharge got expired. I recharged my sim after one week, but now it is not showing the network. Kindly help as I require my Sim Network.

            My idea sim card no.[protected] was not detected in my phone since 2 days. It's the problem of sim card and not the phone. Though I am having the validity of outgoing calls by the next day, it was been not detected since 2 days.

            Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

              Network not showing up since 3days it's saying no service.i have tried all the possible ways like changing the sim card setttings, searching for network, restarted device and finally even tried to insert the sim into other Device it's only saying idea but no network .. serious this is ridiculous..I tried all the possible ways to make it up and running.. completely disappointed with your worst service and weak signal.i have decided to port to other network provider.

                My sim is showing Emergency calls from 06.12.2022 from morning 8:30 am and if some body calls its telling as my incoming and outgoing pack has expired, but just I had recharged it last week. Please look into the problem and clear it at the earliest

                    I'm using long Time idea service.My No:[protected]..Last Five Month I'm in Dubai I Activated Roming. It was working well still 9th November evening. Suddnly network Disconnected. I reported VI By (Vi App) Whatsapp and e-mail and . Not Solved my Issues. And customer service Recommended for Replace Sim card. My Sim Not Damage. still in Handset..and Showing Signal bar. Not registering with Network. I cant Visit to India now For Replace. Please Try to solve this Issue...my Bank and some Gov: App also linkd With This Number. Im Facing problem With Not Having WorkingNumber...

                      I tried several times to send port sms to 1900 but it is not going despite my request to customer service agent. My plan is still valid and sms to other numbers are being sent.
                      I suspect the company has blocked this number to prevent customers from porting.
                      Kindly assist me in this.Idea rates are exorbitant.

                              I am getting a message that Rs 10 has been deducted from my account for using telsync games. But I never used any game of that sort nor does my phone have any game. This is fraud and should be stopped immediately else legal proceedings will be undertaken.

                                  My sim is from Madhya Pradesh, and my sim card shows "no service" for last 3 days.
                                  I tried all these things
                                  1. Manual select network
                                  2. Two to three times restart the phone
                                  3. Pull sim out and place it again and different slot

                                  But same result is there.
                                  Please help me to sort out this.
                                  As i have only one sim with me so i couldnot call to anyone.

                                    This is jeyaprakash Paulraj currently working in Qatar and won’t be able to come to mumbai as off now. Due to some circumstances I was not able to pay the monthly bill, since I was inside the offshore and was not connect to
                                    Network couple of months.

                                    I sincerely apologize for the same and I request you to keep the sim under activation and active the same as soon as possible. Also for your information we have paid 5000inr as a deposit so that, the number will not be placed to others in case of emergency.

                                    I request you, one more time to activate the sim and we have paid the bill too.

                                      When I send message for UPC code, it reply that UPC cannot be generated as there is an active request for change of ownership for this number.
                                      My sim is currently in vi.

                                        I have been using idea number for 8 years now and one fine day suddenly it stopped working with no network service at all.
                                        I tried resetting and connecting to customer care executives, but no helped, they said they can't fetch any details.
                                        I visited Idea Store, and they are asking 5k to issue a new SIM with same number.
                                        This number is linked to my bank accounts, and other places too, for which I am unable to access any of them as I am not getting OTP anymore.
                                        This is very frustrating and feeling helpless now.
