i have activated gprs plan of idea on 26th oct but til now i am unable to open sites on my mobile . i have complained them but their response is absolutely disappointing.Pls help me

Please refer to your message dated 31/10/2010 at 06:16 pm "SIRF APKE LIYE" GPRS scheme for one week. In response to your message I activated the same. But this is very much regretted that despite of my several messages to no. 543210 to MO to activated GPRS (as per your directions) and call to your customer care (Spoke with Mr. Deepak on 03/11/2010 at 12 noon) no. I have not yet got GPRS settings.

Now I feel highly cheated and disappointed that my mony was wasted for no reason. Now I expect from you to revert my mony back of three days or send GPRS setting and activate GPRS for next one week.

Your Instant response is highly needed to avoid further implications.

I beg to say that i have idea prepaid connection with number [protected]
(1) I wanted to deactivate my net20 services.
I have already called the customer care many times to deactivate the NET20 service @rs 20/day.
But the amount of money is still deducting.
(2) I have already send the message to deactivate the service(i.e DEACTNET20 on the number 12345 as the customer care told).
But the amount of rs.20 is still reducing from my prepaid account daily.

please take the necessary action immediately.
and give me my money back.otherwise i will go to consumer cort.

But the amount of money is still deducing.
(2) I have already send the message to deactivate the service(i.e SN YES )gprs1 on the number 5775 as the customer care told).
But the amount of rs.1 is still reducing from my prepaid account daily.

Idea Cellular — FORCING NEW PLAN AND DISCONNECT THE SERVICE

I am holding idea post paid connection .Idea has given the bill with new plan 450 Rs which is without my knowage and forcing me to pay the amount you will get the benifit. they disconnected my connection last three days due to non payment of their plan i have paid the balance amount on time .pl resister my complaint IDEa service.
