Idea Cellular — IDEA PREPAID TO POSTPAID | |
2 months back one of the person from idea, Bangalore Head office (Ph No : [protected]) called me and told we have offer for you from prepaid to postpaid 175/- and took all documents like, voter ID, Photos, HR letter, Rental agreement, PAN card etc...and deposit amt of 350/-, given me a new sim card and told me it will be activated within 2 days...
Still it is not activated and also there is no response from them.
Need an immediate action on this....
