[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Ltd. — Idea Net Setter very slow

I've purchased Idea Net Setter high speed wireless internet connection data speed upto 236.8kbps unlimited plan Rs 849 in August'08 and Iam getting internet speed only 1.23 to 4.41 kbps and the worst thing is that sometime the speed of internet in bytes. After several complaints to Idea company no response till date. Please suggest me what to do?????????

hi sir i hv puchased idea netsetter last month ... from that day i hvnt used it because it got suspended ..after that they gave me a new sim... 2 days back...nw again the problem started..i can use my net sevice only for 10 to 20 min after that it speed sucks beyond 0.23 kbps...even if i get download speed upto 23kbps ...i couldn`t upload anything because its only .84 kbps...hw can i go for a complaint ...i'm sure they can't increase my net speed... where should i return my device...i going to submit my complaint right now... these ppl ...really made me fool...

Same have purchace an Idea high speed internet connection i.e. net setter high speed EDGE/GPRS Mobile internet wireless data speedup to 236.8kbps and Iam getting53.6kbps, no response from the company after complain to IDEA (WHAT A BAD IDEA sirji) please suggest what to do?????????

i also purchased idea netsetter 20 days ago the speed id only 40to50 kb and i have an unlimited plan and i have an unlimited plan but todaty i got a messages that your cridit limit is over how can this happen in unlimited plans these idea company is a froad just trick the people all the people should give complant against them

i purchased idea netsetter 20 days before the speed which they said is 256kb but im not even getting the half speed i only get speed between 50 to 60 kb and sometimed only 5 to 10 kb and i have an unlimited plan but today i got a message that my cridit limit is going to be over how in unlimited plans this can happen these idea companies are froad and never tells the truth all the people should complain against them

i bought idea netsetter, believing of getting speed upto 2mbps as it is written on the broucher.i was very happy with prepaid and poatpaid plans.but to my horror after the activation of sim, i'm getiing speed between 10-20kpbs.sometimes it doesn't work...THESE PEOPLE ARE CHEATERS...BELIEVEME.NEVER buy thee idea netsetter

u people said 2mbps but i'm getting only 20-30kbps.u idea people r cheaters.IDEA DOWN DOWN...i've also checked the signal.but it's good.only there is a problem with the netsetter.Believe me i m unhappy with netsetter So, Please give Proper Service, Speed to All Customer i have full IDEA Coverage.i live in visakhapatnam

Its really slow it can be used for emergencies matter, please help me how to make it faster.

idea cheat the customers. i am nt get the speed which was tell me during insttalation.

i have purchased idea 3G net setter of 236 kbps speed. but i am getting speed of 25-50 kbps only and the downloading speed is 2-6 kbps instead of 30-45 kbps.. idea is a fraudy and baad

i am also a poor user of devil idea netsetter...i recharged for 999 plan.b4 recharging they offered me unlimited usage of 45 days and it is clearly mentioned in there website.but for this unlimited package, am losing all money which recharged...ie my balance is cutting for any usage...then what this unlimited package means...also customer care saying its validity is only for 30 days...am calling this customer care for two weeks and still they wont able to understand and solve my problem.all i need to say idea have got one of poor customer care services...also i think idea is one of the worst network connection u can have...think idea lost all its hopes...now 30 days is already over and am still wont able to use net...and also i lost about 100 rupees which i recharged to keep 20 minimum balance...so my total loss is 999 + 100 and two weeks of energy by talking to foolish customer care executives of IDEA...

i m using a idea net seeter which is very slow. can anyone tell me how to use another simcard in my idea net seeter .model no.-huaei e1550.thank you

I was also facing the same issue with the Idea NetSetter USB Internet which is giving me the less speed for the Internet. I have tried lots of things but nothing got me working. But after going through http://forums.techarena.in/tips-tweaks/1381080.htm#post5146352 i have got some relief towards speed.

what is this punishment to me i am doing net with very slow speed 1.2kbps speed.
this is very bad to idea network and to net setter i am very sad with this net.
so make fast increase or stop this waste net setter

I bought an Idea Net Setter ( having no. [protected]) in Sept, 2010, for somemonths I was getting ok speed atlest for sometime of the day. Now from a few months back, the speed I am getting now is hardly 10-20 kbps, and most of the time the speed stands at 0kbps, and that the device gets disconnects disconnected several times. Now what should I do.
