[Resolved] Idea Cellular Ltd — deduction of money without applying caller tune which i set through web. | |
resp. sir, well i have hell lot of complaints with this company . im highly dissatisfied with its services, my number is [protected].my first and foremost complaint is that on 31st oct 2008 i had set a dialer tone through idea"s value added services on web...they promised me set the caller tune within 24 hours... but its been 48 hours and the dialer tone has not been set yet... this is very aggressive and annoying attitude of your employees... they hav deducted my Rs.45(Rs.30 for dialer tone on phn. and rs.15 from web). why the hell have they deducted money, without applying caller tune?are they fooling people? i shall consumer court for my genuine greviances of idaea cellular Ltd. or people like me can switch on from idea to other companies like vodafone, airtel, etc...these companies have the best services... please take an immediate action on my complaint.i would be very much thankful to you.. yours obediently NEERU K([protected]) Was this information helpful? | |

I am VVK Moorthy holding a pre-paid Idea cellular having No.[protected]. Even without my asking for the dialer tone and missed call details, Idea Cellular have activated these services and deducted the amount for the same from my account. This morning I had contacted Idea Cellular and asked them to explain as to how Idea Cellular have activated these services into my cell phone. They said they will look into the matter and in the meanwhile they have promised that these services will be deactivated immediately and will let me know. I am yet to receive their confirmation regarding deactivation of these services.

DEAR SIR,I HAVE CELLUER CONNECTION WITH IDEA CELLUER FROM LAST 4-5 YEARS, I HAVE TO KNOWN THAT THE COMPANY DEDUCTED RS 30 EVERY MONTH FOR VALUE ADDED SERVICES - SOMTHING SERVICES IS MUSIC RELATED, I LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT I NEVER TAKEN ANY VALUE ADDED SERVICES AND ALSO NEVER USE, I WANT TO RECEIVE MY DEDUCTED AMOUNT , IF NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 10 DAYS - I WILL COMPLAIN IN ' CONSUMER FOROUM COURT ' WITH THE EXPENSES AND CHEATING CLAIM.

Idea Cellular Ltd. — Unwanted subscription of paid value added services
Dear Sir,I am Manglesh kalakar ,having a Idea mobile no.[protected].I am not very happy to convey that ,they have activated the service IDEA_TALKIES-90 days and deducted RS. 75/- From my balance on dated 18.02.2012 . Which I never required. Than I call to customer care about 8 times to deactivate the service.they charge for the call @ RS.3/minute and deducted about Rs 45/- from my balance.
Now,They have deactivate the IDEA_TALKIES services. But, They are not Refunding the deducted amount of paid value added service i.e Rs. 75/- and customer care call charges i.e Rs.45/-
So,I request to you ,Please do need full.If you are not able to rectify these kind of mistakes than kindly tell me what should I do.
