Got a 148 (2GB) data recharge on my phone. Amount still being deducted from the main balance. Called the customer care but they say that since you have done it in certain validity you wont get benefit of the Rs. 148 recharge. This is outwardly absurd. i am not get the normal speed of idea internet it is pathetic.. speed of idea..
first time i am use inter net it is best but next time i am using the speed is not get (normal)

I GET THE CALL OF CUSTOMER CARE HE TOLD ME I AM REFRESHER YOUR GPRS SETTING AND YOU GET THE REGULAR SPEED OF YOUR INTERNET BUT I CANT GET THE REGULAR SPEED... PLSE HELP ME ..
SOME ANOTHER CUSTOMER CARE SAY AFTER 12PM YOUR PROBLEM ARE SLOVE.. BUT MY COMP-LENT ARE NOT SOLVE..
