Dear sir/ Madam

Good morning to you, I idea Customer. I bought a prepaid Sim( number is-[protected]) for retailer from pune. He is authorized ideal retailer. I submitted all original doucment at time. The Sim was activated under 24 hour but i got a sms after the few days that your id is not submitted.OK no problem I went to My idea office and I had submitted copy of Voter card,copy of pan card,copy of passport,and recent colour photo. The Sim will run continuously but after some time we had heard same sms and call on my mobile again i followed same path again. I have submitted my original of your office 5-time. first of all kindly looking into the matter and you please gave me explains-ion where is my id copy.

Same problem here. No. [protected] . Sim documents submitted. Kindly activate my number. I have rushed many times to customer care but to no avail.
