[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Ltd. — refund of security + excess bill payment

Dear sir,
I was a customer of Idea cellular before 10 feb 11. Through MNP i have changed my operator and joined Aircel . At the time when i had joined Idea cellular i submitted 250Rs. as security money and at the time when i had applied for MNP i submitted excess payment over feb 2011 bill amount of Rs.159. Now i want my security money (250 Rs.) and my excess bill payment of feb 11 (159 Rs.) i.e 250+159=409 Rs. Refunded to me. For this purpose i have allready submitted a written request to one of Idea store at Asheesh communication 487/36 national market peera garhi paschim vihar new delhi-87 on 22/02/11 but i have not got any refund from Idea. So respected sir therefore i request you to help me to get security money & excess payment of bill amount as soon as possible.
