[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Regarding fake call from number which does not exist | |||
Dear Sir, I am getting fake calls from the Number [protected] for fake recruitment many times from diferrent different numbers from the same perosn. when i tried to call the same number it says number does not exist. Also the person is using abusive language. I am located in Pune and my number is [protected], using idea number.i received the call today at 3.55pm on my number Can i know the above number if does not exist then how can a call come from that number. Please help me in the this regard, i am facing a problem due to this. what is the control measures taken care while allotting such numbers. If we are allotting such numbers then anyone will be able to misuse the same in any manner. Please look in to the matter at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||

Idea Cellular — Fake Scheme and abusive language
Hello, ,I beg to say that i received a call on my cell from number [protected], they said that they are from Ideai Postpaid Company. and want to tell me the scheme and the lady on the phone told me the scheme but she doesn't know anything everytime she says "hold karo" and then ask from other person and then tell me but all the scheme she told was fake and then i asked their address they said its karol bagh, i asked them complete address then they denied it. then i told the person that the lady told me other thing and you are telling other then he said there is no such scheme then i said that why she told false scheme and befooled the customers.then he start abusing me...what should i do now i want to register complaint against them...

the same person called me afterwads few days i jotted down number and i called back, it was number for Infosys, i had talked to the manager and told him that i am getting the fake calls and the prson is using abusive languge. He told me that no one is calling. i was angry and told him that how could a well known company call center could entertain such kind of things. The arrogant manager told me to go ahead with the complaint. but since that day till date i have not recicved the call. One getleman called today and shared the same problem about some number which he calls it tells that it does not exist. This is bad in this way any one can make a fool of some one or make a fraud.
