On 9th july 21012 I was trying to recharge my Idea Prepaid Mobile No-[protected], through net banking for Rs 100/-.The amount of Rs.100/- has been deducted from my account No.[protected],Panjab University branch, Sec 14, Chandigarh. Bank transaction details as given under. No Mobile Charged and I have not received any refund till date. Transfer Date - 9th july 2012 INB Avenues India Pvt. Ltd CCA12GIQE4071GB5517033 TRANSFER TO [protected] AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE 100.00/- Can anyone guide me as to whom do I approach for obtaining the refund. My e mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.
