Idea Net Setter — idea

hello guys am somil tiwari an resident of bangalore. recently i buyed a idea net setter on 30/11/2009.i was informed that it speed is 236.8kbps on an avg 40-50kbps.but am not able to open even an orkut website.it takes 1-2 minutes to load google page.when i try to download any thing the connects automatically disconnects.when called to the coustomer care they told that i will be rectified with in one hour.after that i called them back they told it will be rectified with in one day.the next i called them back they told that they are going to send local engineers to my adderss it felt relaxed thinking that they would do some thing to rectify this.i watied till 4pm i.e on 1/12/2009 ther was no response no engineers so i called them back they told me that tomorrow an local engineer is going to vist my home when i asked him that whether if i go to idea care will this issue be solved he said that definetly it will be solved sir and u will get a speed of 256kbps i got wild and blasted him by saying that r u tying to make me a fool it can hardly reach speed of 5kbps and max it can reach as printed by you is 236.8kbps.then he said to me that this is the first case we have uncountered so far.so i thought ok may be am the only one who has this problem and they are going to rectify it very soon and i can enjoy speed of around 50kbs on an avg.the same day i went to idea care in malleshwaram.they told me that it will take 3 days to rectify it. now whom to belive i got very wild.i searched in google search engine hoping i would find some solution to this netsucker.then i came across may many compliants more than a thousand.now i feel that they have really cheated.now i want my money back this netsucker is dam slow.not worth of it.my airtel gprs is more faster than this netsucker .airtel gprs can atleast reach a speed of 15-20kbps near the network tower.if far away it reaches 10-13kbps.where as this netsucker can hardly 5kbps it always downloads in 1-2kbps some time in666bytes/sec. so guys if any has got their money back pls inform me.my e-mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.is going to consumer court be fruitful.and pls reply to me guys .i have worked day and night to earn this so that it will benifit my education career.if my dad comes to know this he will thras me in dust bin.please help me guys.
