[Resolved] Idea Net Setter — Not working

I have purchased this Idea net setter usb modem (no [protected]) in July 2008 from Jagdalpur (CG), I have been ensured speed of 236 kbps ( min. 150kbps). But soon I discovered its giving not more than 8-10 kbps. After repeated complaints Idea dealer in Jagdalpur has kept my connection on hold and again ensured me to resolve the problem but nothing happened. As I was in need of internet connection(and as my money Rs 2400 was without any use was with Idea Cellular ) I again ask them back to reactivate my connection in the hope of at least some betterment. But now neither they have activated my connection nor giving any response. What to do??? Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

i am idea net setter customer, my idea net setter is very very slow and it is took long time to pick up web sites nad download, what can i do . can i shifted to another package or is there any solutions

HELLO INDIANS, NEVER BUY IDEA NETSETTER....IT DOES NOT WORK. NEVER ON ROAMING..AT HOME STATE E SPEED OF 1 OR 2 KBPS. CANNOT LOAD ANY WEBPAGE. FOR THE LAST TWO MONTHS, WE HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING UP WITH IDEA INCLUDING MANAGINGIN DIRECTOR MR. AGA, TRAI......TOO MANY PEOPLE IN THE CALL CENTRE TRIED AFTER LOTS OF SHOUTING AND SCREAMING FROM OUR....STILL DOES NOT WORK. NO REFUNDS...ALL RECHARGES ARE NOT GETTING CREDITED....PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS STUFF....VERY BAD IDEA. THESE GUYS ARE BIG CHEATS.

Idea Net Setter
Not working
My Name is Hasanaali I Purchased Idea Net Setter on 13 Aug. 2011, After Few Days My Idea Net Setter is not working i have complained to customer assistant my complain no is 1-[protected]. they are not solving my problem i suffer this problem before 10 days i had gone to gallery but there are also not solving my problem they are not serious. so, know what i do............?

recently i bought idea 3g net setter.its not working properly.and more over it does not support vm ware workstation.the device shows good signal.but
data spped is too slow what it gives.its speed is 3mbps but it gives 2.34 kbps.how sad it is.plz help me.

my net setter no is - [protected] ( name - Prakash chand suthar ) is not working last 15 days . i all ready complain in idea gallery in hinjewadi but they are no support with me . they are given too much of argument - you have no balance , your document is not submit - like that . i already recharge my net 750rs for one month last 15 days and second time submit my all documents as per his satisfaction before 7days. i call the customer care service in idea they are no reply for my question properly and disconnect the call . i have no option what can i do ?
