I would like to switchover from idea to other service provide due to bad signal. I am trying many times to port from idea to other service provider is not allowing. My mobile number is [protected]. i am receiving the below message UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual *obligations with your service provider. please contact your service provider for further assistance Was this information helpful? Nov 18, 2024 Updated by rkommaraj Its horrible. i tried many ways and not able to resolve. in addition to message i approached through whatsapp and there is no solution. finally approved and received a message that you should approach vi stores along with documents. immediately I visited dondaparti, diamond park branch at 14.45; 18/11/2024 and staff is behaving like any thing. you can check the video how they are behavior and they told another story. the sim shall be changed on others name and then only possible to port the sim. what is this? I dont know why the sim is to be changed on others name. Initially they told so many numbers on my Aadhar number immediately i shown through net and there is only one sim.
