I am unable to place any outgoing calls from my two idea numbers [protected] and [protected] from Monday afternoon onwards. I made series of calls to the customer care and even visited the idea store. I was asked to reset my phone, wait for 4 hours, wait for 10 hours, replace sim and so on…and till yesterday evening no one was listening properly and unable to understand the issue. Yesterday, I was there in the Idea store for two hours and the manager over there tried many options and found that the calls are failing when I am on 3G (no issues when I am on 2G, same case with both the numbers) Its almost 4 days now without a resolution. Also, all my communication IDs have been marked as resolved without a resolution. The issue started on August 3rd and today is Aug 9th...Very very pathetic service.

hi my name is Lohith my idea No is [protected].It has been almost more than three months that my SIM is lost n told your customer support team to close the connection when I was out of station for 20 days. they assured n said I will do it .
But from last few months I have been charged even after not using any service..
They logged the case in court n I got a call from advocate regarding this issue so I justified my reason for it, paid the amount and cancelled the case.
Now again they are been charging the amount for unused services. Are they thinking that the customers are fool?
I personally suggest you'll this is the worst service that I have got till now.

Dear Idea Executive,
We had taken corporate plan for our company from Aayush Telecom and we are facing huge problem with this services as one of the mobile was not activated and hence thereafter also requested to dis connect the number [protected] but it's almost more than one month we are facing difficulties.

Beaware of CHANDNI Communications, vashi, Idea gallery.They will issue Sim card on your name without your approval on the documents submitted by you for other connections.
We had VTS connections but they issued more than 100 Sim extra.False selling.
Thankfully the circle managers were kind enough to resolve the issues.

Why the hell I need to pay the bill when i'm no using the connection. More over you are not giving flexible option to deactivate the connection. Worst service ever. No proper Idea center anywhere. Never going to return for any service.
