sir, I am an idea subscriber([protected]) and using prepaid services of idea in delhi.I have registered for dnd on 18th march 2008.But on 25th october i got a promotional message from dominos at 12:38 p.m.the content of that message is "celebrate diwali with dominos.get rs.101 off on an order of rs.401 or above.save rs.101.coupon code:CRM04.offer ends 28 october.ca;;44448888 & order now.t&c."the message service center number through which they have sent that sms is [protected].i have already lodge a complaint in customer care and complaint id is 62022180 and it should be processed by 13th of november, 2008.i want that legal action should be taken in this regard.your interference in this matter will be highly acknowledged... raunak garg 117, satya niketan, 4th floor, moti bagh, new delhi-110021. Yes. Idea plays foul game against NDND policy. They are violating the law. Furthermore trai's website has no functional page to complaint against the DND-violating service providers. It advises to complaint in the customer care. Idea prepaid customers even cannot get the customer care number anyway. Self a customer No.[protected] tried for DND on 1909 as per TRAI.
More messages i.e. 38 Nos. and promotional calls at rate of about 10/day started after requesting for DND.
What a mess!!!

sir, I am a Spice (Idea) subscriber and using prepaid services in Bangalore.I have registered for DND service on 26th December 2008.But I am still getting promotional calls to subscribe caller tunes every day which keeps on disturbing me. This is in regards to my conversation which i recently had with your customare care representative .Would like to inform you that he was not able to respond to my query propery and secondly he hanged up my phne without resvoving the issue.so i am quite dissapointed with the customer care .would request you to stop cricket and other irrevelent messages which i am frequently getting on my no.
