[Resolved] Idea/prepaid — amount deducted but recharge not successful | |
Dear Sir, This is Gaurav Agarwal (Mob No. [protected] - DELHI). Today I recharge (of Rs.222) my phone from internet banking with my ICICI bank account (at 10:24 hrs). But no confirmation received till now and amount of Rs.222 has been deducted from my acc. Immediately. Kindly arrange to make this payment successful otherwise reverse the payment to my acc.. I am recharge (55 rupees) through icici net banking in one idea prepaid number which is [protected] but still not credited in this number and amount is allready debited in my account so kindly let me what is the solution in this matter

I have done a recharge for 365 from idea.basically i entered 365 instead of 345.now money got deducted from my account .i raised the issue with icici as i used prepaid mobile rechrage facility.now they says they hace paid amount to idea.now idea should give this money back.
i stucked, not sure who has to pay it back to me.
I need it as i didnt get any balanse for it.

MONEY GETTING DEDUCTED FOR UNUSED NUMBER TOWARDS (AUSTRIA) SOME BODY MAKING CALL FROM MY CARD AS I HAVE NO RELATIVES OR FRIEND IN THAT COUNTRY AND MONEY GETTING DEDUCTING FROM PREPAID A/CI HAVE INQURIED IN VODAFONE STORE( NERUL) THE REPLY IS THAT UNLESS I MAKE A CALL NO MONEY WILL NOT BE DUDUCTED FROM MY A/C
BUT IT IS HAPPENING I AM NOT MAKING A CALL WHEN EVER THER IS A BIG AMOUNT IN MY PREPAID A/C SOME BODY MAKE A CALL TO AUSTRIA THIS HAS HAPPENED FOR 3 TIMES

Idea Prepaid — Money deducted but did not recharge
When i tried to recharge from net banking. Money deducted from my account but didnot recharge my mobile. What should i do for getting revert money.Also when i am inserting my sim in mobile and switdhing on mobile. I am getting "Insert sim card" message. What can i do Is sim corrupted or is there any issue because in same mobile if i m inserting other sim.it is working fine.
