[Resolved]  IFB Industries — washing machine

Washing machine IFB did not work since last 2week. Already compliant service center.they are given compliant number 6863492. But till they are saying with this week we do it. IFB serviced always like this only. what I will do?

I F B Front Loading washing machine — Repair pending since 30-10-2011

My customer no. is 909735. My complaint no. 7516968 dated 30-10-11 is pending till today. Most unfortunate fact is that Service Station people

Mr. Sanjay and Satinder are not responding to the telephone calls. I have been bringing this to the notice of your people at toll free no. Today I was given

no. of Ms. Gitanjali,who promised me to get back. Not answering a call or delaying service for such a long time without talking to customer is unethical and undesireable. This attracts violation of provisions of Consumer Act as also that of MRTP Act.

I will request you to immediately ensure service of my machine and take action against those who do not answer phone calls.

we have purchased IFB washing machine and we had a contract for AMC with the company.
when we called for service people there were no response and no one had turned up for the service

Washing Machine IFB ELENA VX 6kg purchased on 26th March,2012 from Sahu Agencies Pvt.Ltd. Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.
Complaint for door not opening after operation lodged on 27th July,12. Complaint No.92-89432. After One month and 5 days the company
is yet to fix the problem. This is the performance of the company after sales.

MY LAST COMPLAIN ABOUT THE MACHINE HAS YET TO BE SOLVED I HAVE NOW FOUND THAT
1) THE MACHINE WHICH IS SUPPPOSED TO RUN AT 1000RPM DOES NOT GO TO 1000 RPM AT ALL,
2) THE SPIN DRYING IS NOT EFFECTIVE THE CLOTHES HAVE WATER RETENTION AFTER THE SPIN DRY CYCLE ALSO.
3) THE MACHINE VIBRATES EVEN NOW - NO SOLUTION TO IT IS FOUND BY IFB, WAS TOLD THAT MAY NEED TO FIX ANTI VIBRATION PADS, I AN STILL WAITING
4) HAVE RECEIVED NUMEROUS CALL FROM GOA, ABOUT THE MACHINE, AM YET TO GET ANY RESPONSE ABOUT THE PROBLEM OF VIBRATION IN THE MACHINE.
