I AM FROM GURGAON.I HAVE EXPERIENCED THE WORST SERVICE IN ONE BIG COMPANY, I COMPLAINED APPROX TEN DAYS BACK AND HAVE NOT ATTENDED TILL NOW. THIS COMPLAINED HAVE FINISHED MY FESTIVAL ENJOYMENT COZ SERVICE CENTRE GUYS ARE STILL GIVING TIME "THAT AAJ HO JAYEGA SURE " AND I WAS NOT ABLE TO GO ANYWHERE FROM MY HOME. IS THERE ANY HIGHER OFFICER TO HEAR OUR PROBLEMS,
our washing machine is not waorking and our
complaint number is 2450052 dated 21/11/2008.After reminding soo many time but no action is taken till date.

IFB - FULLY AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE — NO RESPONSE FROM SERVICE ENGINEER

I'VE FRONT LOAD FULLY AUTOMATIC MACHINE. FOR THE PAST 2-3 MONTHS, I LODGED COMPLAINT WITH SERVICE ENGG[protected], INSTEAD OF ATTENDING THE COMPLAINT HE KEEP ON PROMISING TO VISIT IN A DAY OR TWO. MY MACHINE IS LEAKING, (PERHAPS NEED REPLACEMENT OF RUBBER). DUE TO SUCH POOR AFTER SALE SERVICE, I SUGGESTED MY SISTER TO BUY LG MACHINE INSTEAD OF IFB, WHICH SHE DID 1 MONTH BACK.

the service is very poor.please see to that you satisfy the customer needs

IFB Washing machine 7KG Digital — Bad Product

I have IFB 7 KG Digital washing machine which never give me good result. since i buy the machine it is does improper functions. moreover within warranty its motherboard was replaced 2 times (The company engineers also agreed that the motherboard of the product is not of good quality. now the machine is out of warranty and is doing malfunctions again. what should i do?

Actually i bought IFB Washing machine - 2-3 yrs back.
i want the servicing for that as it creates noise when water pours in it.
Pl revert with the servicing charges and time when you 'll visit.

ipurchased sr.no wt ELN BWT ELNEX B 057722 model on 1895 and sought extended warrenty upto 1792009. as and when I called for service;every time they sell me onepowder namely Dixit. orally the service provider assured warrenty for rubber slever and limitation of warrentydoes not include rubber slaver at the time of purchse; the service provider tookRs.724 for rubber slaver in the month of oct 2008 as the machine was leaking. thereafter in march 2009 again machine started leaking. however after repeated complaint to service provider one person came and he worsened the condition and leakage improved .so they called again. one mr.more service provider came see and went on assurance to substitute one internal pipe witin two hours. however he told that whatever accesaries he needs, he donot possess and he is avoiding to come.
A complaint was lodged for non function of the IFB washing machine which was under warrenty, on 30th April, 09 but till 6th May, 09 no service engineer has been attending. I have been calling their call center and their local office at Bangalore om 28530789 but there is no response. With great difficulty I got the service engineer's number Mr.Senthil [protected], but he refuses to take calls anymore. My complaint ticket number was 29811494.

I want to sue this company for the damages and also loss of time as I was waiting for the service engineer from monday till wednesday (4th to 6th May)

Sub : Regarding the trouble in my IFB fully-automatic washing machine ‘DIVA’ model.

Dear Sir,

As per my discussion regarding above with your Quality Head, Mr. V.S. Parihar (at Bhopal), the case is still pending for your kind consideration.

Although you would be aware of the case, but still I would like to bring the same to your kind knowledge that my washing machine tears cloths. Ordinary/thick cloths torn like a cut and hosiery/vests, etc. get holed in a group.

Almost none of you executives could detect the defect, even after 6 months’ continuous every type of check up on-site/off-site. I know such cases do not arise in branded item (that’s why people buy branded), but rarely they do, and this could be one of them.

In fact, the problem was from initial but I observed it later and since then I have been complaining the same since last one year, but still the problem persists. I’ve got fad up with the problem because my cloths are being damaged, and the matter is still not being taken seriously. I may approach for my rights to consumer forum.

I request you to please send my cloths back (which have been taken by your executives with a promise to return within 10 days or payment will be given, but even after 1½ months lapsed neither has been done). Should I collect them also from court ! It would also be given to the media as well.
I had purchased IFB Elite -5 Kg washing machine in Feb'08 and paid a sum approx. Rs 20, 000. And the machine stopped working o 5th Oct 2008. The first complaint # was 2258780 and was closed after a cat and mouse game with the service center (Faridabad) and the call center (Bengaluru) in more than two weeks.
I had realised then only, that it was a big mistake to purchase IFB washing machine. But, I thought that may be now the machine should not give me any problems. But now on 23rd May 2009 (when the machine is still under warranty) it is again not working. And once again the service center is trying to set up new standards of no after sales service. The technician, who has been attending my ticket, is clueless about the problem and thus I am left with a huge junk on metal crap in my house.

I am already petrified about the time, when the warranty will be over and I would have to pay money to get the machine working every 3-4 months. IFB charges a whopping amount of Rs 300.00 per visit. I should stop eating now, in order to save money for my washing machine. (Height of irony).

I have decided that I notice some one purchasing IFB washing machine, I would be glad to share my experience with them.
Kindly send one experienced service engineer to check my washing machine. I have complained several times but no response from Panchkula Office. Kindly take this matter most urgent & send the person immediately. Contact Person Sekhri [protected]
We brought a IFB washing maching last year july (2008).After bringing the machine it is not woking properly.My parents has given complaint to local IFB technician so many times. He used to come and rectify the problem.After rectifying the problem it will work for 10-12 days and again it starts giving us the same problem.They have replaces the three parts in the wasing machine but no use some or the other it keep on get damaged.we have payied around 30, 000 for washing machine.It hasn't worked properly atleast a month also.The service which they are providing is very bad.we complained on 8th of this month also they said they are going to resolve the issue within 24 hours but till now it hasn't been rectified.I have logged the complaint on 15th, 16th also but no use, please help me regarding this.

we need new piece, The existing one is keep on giving us the problem.I feel the piece which they given to us is a defect piece.we are spending so much of our money to a external vendor to wash our clothes after buying the washing machine also.

IFB Washing machine 7KG Digital — IFB Washing Machine 2 Month Old Malfunctioning

My IFB 7 KG DIGITAL machine (Paid Rs. 29,000) which is just 2 month old (purchased in Jul 2009) is coming up with problems after problems with every operation/cycle malfunctioning. The machine’s censors, etc started malfunctioning within a month. The machine doesn't function without manually pressing the button even at any given cycle, whether it’s in hot/cold, short/long, cotton/synthetic/woolen and what not.

I complaint IFB customer service on the 13th of Aug 2009 and a technician visited and identified problem with sensor/switch that cuts the water level and needed to be, however, he added that the part is not available and cannot give me any date when it will be available and instead asked me to follow up with their customer service with a gentleman by the name of Mr. Barry (in Mumbai). That surely matched their high impact pre-sales pitch....I thought.

I called Mr. Barry on the 17th and he promised to get me the parts and repair done in 2 days. Today it’s over 2 weeks (Sep 1, 2009) and I have been calling repeatedly to get some help, however, continuously reminded something known as "total customer service failure, ineffective in dealing with any customers situation, and inconsistent in creating any memorable customer experience". And I am still waiting for a return phone call/email or visit to get me through this problem. How simple it can be?

I can't believe a reputed company like IFB could put their product in the market without proper quality check or service.

I am totally baffled with IFB's management, their service and wondering with so much competition and the consumer power to switch product with a flick of a switch how long IFB will sustain with such inconsistent communication. It's very surprising to realize that none of their corporate numbers or management can be accessible.

IN SHORT, IFB's SERVICE IS EXTREMELY POOR SO BE AWARE BEFORE YOU END UP WITH THEIR PRODUCTS.

front door is leaking since the 1st day we bought our front loading 7kg digital washing machine.its been 2 weeks now andno one in the company cares.i have sent atleast 5 mails and given 5 reminders to the complaint centre but still no response.pathetic and horrible service i have got after spending 28000 rs.the worst experience of my life till now,all because of a world class company.
On 20 th Nov I lodged a complaint for my washing machine. it is under AMC .Then after two days the technician came and said he would come and repair in two days and till date I have called them umpteen times but every time they make excuse and till date no one has come. Please help
I complained IFB last week about the malfunctioning of the washing machine. They promised to come and fix the problem by last Friday. Nobody from IFB contacted us until Monday. Due to the urgency of the situation, we only contacted IFB customer care and requested for immediate attention. Finally, a rude technician showed up on Monday night who only diagnosed the issue and told us that he had to come back yesterday with the parts (belts to be precise) to fix it. He promised that at any cost, he would show up before 11 am. By the time he arrived, it was past 1 pm. Now, he had another version of story. He mentioned that mere fixing of the belts wouldnt suffice and he had to get some welding done for which the drum of washing machine had to be taken out somewhere outside and brought back and then fix it. Today, 2 guys came in (one was the same rude guy and the other person was even more worser) and have ruthlessly spoilt the walls of my house while meddling with the washing machine. When questioned about the unprofessional way they were handling, the worser guy of the 2 has verbally abused my wife and left. Especially, when my wife alone was at home and she having faced this situation with these 2 guys, anything could have happened. This shows what kind of support staff IFB has with them. We have spoken with several people at IFB customer care since last week (regarding the service) and so far, we have been receiving only worser treatment from their staff. I am amazed at the apathy shown by IFB towards its customers. I am in Bangalore and can be reached at[protected] and I will give complete details about the whole incident. I hope somebody from IFB will bother to see this complaint and respond favorably.

IFB Fully Auto Washing Machine — No response on complaints

I had purchased IFB Fully Automatic top loading washing machine Model no. AW60-8062 on 10.12.2008. it came with a warranty till 9.12.2012. My customer code is 1717263. Within six months o[censored]sage the machine developed snags. There was a substantial increase in its noise and its performance deteriorated. Despite many complaints, the mechanics from IFB never checked the machine properly and only came for superficial visits On 22.01.2010 I again made a complaint (No. 405988) as the noise from the machine was now deafening, however the mechanic assured us that this was normal. On 3rd of april 2010 (complaint no. 4342016) the machine stopped drying clothes completely. There was no response despite repeated reminders. On 16.04.10 a company mechanic after much persuasion examined the machine and found the clutch plate to be broken. He left promising to repair it soon and has not been back since. The machine is completely stalled now.
Kindly get the machine exchanged as soon as possible as the company very obviously does not have any skilled engineers available who can repair the machine.
I want to register a complaint about the poor (to say the least) service by the IFB washing machine; The Vadapalani service provider renewed the AMC of my front loading WM two months earlier to the expiry of my previous year AMC on the assurance that the rubber linings will be replaced free of cost. The person never turned up to change the linings as assured.
Now they say the AMC does not include replacement of rubber parts. Then, why should they or I renew the AMC two months earlier? The mechanic who last "attended" to my repeated complaints was "kind" enough to make the machine permanently leaking. The AMC Receipt cum Invoice No. 13564 dated 01/07/09 issued by IFB representative S. Suresh.
