I recieved my first IGL PNG bill on 14 August 2012, and the bill charged Rs. 1085 for extra pipeline and I wasnt informed that any extra pipeline has been used at the time of installation, the very same day i registered a complaint with the customer care for remeasurement and was told that in this i should not pay the amount of extra pipeline.
After the remeasurement i was told the extra pipeline used is 2.5 meters that amounts to Rs. 875 and on 18 October 2012 , i have received my second bill and the amount of Extra Pipeline is still Rs. 1085 instead of 875 and I have been further charged with late fee charges, whereas i was told by thye company executive that i should not pay the amount of extra pipeline unless the remeasurement is done.
From the 18 october 2012 , i have been constantly calling the customer care , to my unavail all my consistent complaints are being unanswered ,
I have even trying the number of Mrs. Nidhi Joshi the incharge , but she is not taking any calls.
