Sir,
I applied for a new connection in IGL Gas agency on 21 June My BP No. [protected], when the rep visit my house for establish the connection he found a leakage before the meter and dropped the process. After that I give complaint several times for it, the complaint no. are as follows,
( [protected], [protected], [protected]) till date there was no action taken and the complaints are closed with out of resolving it. I also mentioned it in customer service but no action will taken by the staff.I am totally disappointed with the service of IGL company that they are unnecessarily delayed the process.
