Complaint marked as Resolved My connection was recently installed on 20.12.2022 and after a few days it observed a Heavy Gas Leakage that resulted in an unexpected meter reading of 9 Kgs till 28.12.2022.
On 29.12.2022, I raised the complaint to IGL to check and fix Gas Leakage. Upon thorough inspection and analysis by technician named Praveen (Contact - 8750093504), he found and reported that there was a heavy Gas Leakage in both inlet and outlet connections due to which Meter was continuously running and recorded unexpected units of 9 Kgs in just 8 days since installation.
Therefore, I request you to please adjust these abnormal units recorded due to Gas Leakage in my upcoming Bill.
Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
