[Resolved]  IGL — Unwanted calls for non-connection payment

Hi Concerned Team,

I applied for IGL pipeline services 2020 under the below details

BP no.- [protected]
Mobile no.- [protected]
Name- Jagdeshwari Devi

Due to changes in plan, we withdrew the process and no meter was installed until then Refund process request on date-10-Nov-2020 which was resolved on 05th Dec 2020. We got the payment as well on time.

However, the issue is we are continuously getting calls for due payment whereas we do not have a connection how come we got the bill??

We already informed and shared the details with various persons calling us on behalf of IGL with no positive result. This is harassment now. Can anyone look into it?
