Complaint marked as Resolved the IGL company sent labour team after 15 days of my first complaint to test the connection points in my overflowing with water of Nali and took 2 days in testing.After 2days, my pit was refilled with mud/soil casually.The water of Nali continued to flow in pit and over the road as the Nali was not built temporary or permanently.the situation remained the same.After waiting 5 days, I hired local masion/labour to fill the pit properly and construct the Nali with Bricks/sand/cement/concrete etc . I spent Rs3000/- my own so that the flow of water of Nali may continue normal and no body may be a victim of accident/mosquitoes disease.
The service of IGL, Muzaffarnagar remained poor to worst and I had to incur Rs3000/-
