[Resolved]  Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — Instalation of igl gas by digging the pit but digged pit is not filled in despite many emails wrote to local controll room as well

Igl gas company is installing the gas pipeline by digging the pits and after checking pressure, pits are filled in and connection is given. MY pit was digged twice on 25/03/2023 but could not be tested and the Engineer promised to come on next day but he did not come. I enquired fro m local gas control room about my pit to be tested and filled in.They promised for next day but no one came and my pit is overflowing due to NAALI water .THe naali was broken by the labours of IGL.I complained on mobile no [protected] with IGL locally but no one vistied my pit. On 29/03/2023 i made my grievances with customer care complaint no [protected] but no team or representative is bothering .My pit is overflowing and water is spreading the mosquitoes for many diseases. my email is [protected]@yahoo.com and mobile [protected] and [protected]

the IGL company sent labour team after 15 days of my first complaint to test the connection points in my overflowing with water of Nali and took 2 days in testing.After 2days, my pit was refilled with mud/soil casually.The water of Nali continued to flow in pit and over the road as the Nali was not built temporary or permanently.the situation remained the same.After waiting 5 days, I hired local masion/labour to fill the pit properly and construct the Nali with Bricks/sand/cement/concrete etc . I spent Rs3000/- my own so that the flow of water of Nali may continue normal and no body may be a victim of accident/mosquitoes disease. The service of IGL, Muzaffarnagar remained poor to worst and I had to incur Rs3000/- omprakash, complainant

The company sent their labour team after 15 days of complaint and checked my overflowing pit with water of Nali. They took two days in testing and filled in the pit as casual and the position remained same .The water of Nali continued going in the pit as the walls of Nali was not repaired to flow the NALI water normally.After waiting 5 days, I made the over flowing pit with water of the Nali wall by hiring local labours and I incurred a sum of Rs3000/-approx.
The service of IGL is poor to worst.
