[Resolved] Indane — abnormal delay in supply, telephones remain unattended

My consu. no is AL 19773 with AMAR GAS SERVICE< SHAHDARA DELHI-110032. I booked a cylinder on 2nd april 2008 at booking tel no. 1260. Booking no is 111. Till today after 18 days it has not been supplied. Now it is told that no booking under this number is pending. Toll free no.[protected] given to the consumers appears to be an eyewash as I tried at least for 50 times on different dates and times but there is no response. The booking has been cleared without supply. The telephone nos given by the supplier on its receipts also never respond. Please look in the matter and oblige. Was this information helpful? My father has booked cylinder from Anand Gas Service-Rohtak on 21st and paid Rs. 700/- Earlier the subsidy of Rs. 300/- used to get credited in his PNB bank account. Aadhar card is linked with Bank account and all the details are already updated with your company also.However this time he has not received the subsidy.

Your toll free nos are not working. POOR SERVICE!

Please confirm on priority else we will approach consumer forum.
