Indane Gas — not picking up the phone calls

I haveing a Indane Gas connection under Lingaraj Gas Dealer at Giri Road,Berhampur,Odisha. when the booking time comes when I call to the dealer numbers he is not receiving the calls. when I goes to the dealers officer he says telephone was out of order. I requests personally heimmediately says that who receives the booking order he has gone to our godwn and come after some time. this is the dealers staff reply. In this case please take appropriate action against the owner so that this thing will not continue and rest of consumers will get better service.

My name is Ateeq Ahmad Barkati Connection no. 8008. previous agency was imperial gas services. New agency MEERA GAS agency. where not single functional phone no. is available. Agency holder never comes in font of customers...We had done the booking for cylinder on 23 jan. delivery boy came on 27th. with 28K kg. leakaged cylinder.. forced me to take that cylinder only. when i put water on the seal to check it out. it shown bubbles then he said its air not a gas "Tum padhe like jahil ho" take this cylinder or go to hell" While going back that delivery boy was abusing also.

Service of Meera gas agency would get zero marks and its in super poor condition. They are neither equipped nor trained nor keen nor abale to provide the services No phone is available to call...We have been facing a lot of problem with this gas agency as this is a regular problem with them. inspite of several reminders they have not delivered the cylinder till date. I will request the Indane gas management higher authorities to please look into the matter and kindly change this agency as this is totally incompetent to provide services to gas users in this area. you are requested to cancel the registration of this company.
