Indane Gas Agency — Cylinder Delivery delayed

I have booked a gas in indane gas agency named "Vasanth enterprises" . Before booking i had to call them more than 10 time for more than 3 days. On the fourth day , finally , somebody received the phone. I booked the gas. He told me i will recieve it in 3 days. Gas agency is 2 kms from my home. Today its the 5th day . I called them and reminded twice. Once in the morning 10.15 am and again afternoon 3 pm[thankfully they recieved after continuous attempts!!]. Both the times they told me the cylinder is on its way.. But still i did not receive my cylinder[its 5:51 pm now]. I have only 1 cylinder and this is not fair. Gas cylinder is a basic necessity and should provided ASAP. Today from 4.30 pm i have been calling them again and nobody is receiving the call!!!

Please help the people in need.

My consumer No. is 603103(HP Gas). I booked for the gas on 15th. Sept.2010. Form Meena Gas Agency Kotputli (jaipur-Rajasthan).But as on 26th Sept.2010 I havent received the cylinder.

in our kothapet area indane gas agency gurudatta are delaying the supplying of gas to homes and they are taking extra money from consumers of indane. Nobody has not taken any action to them so pls take action imm and save the consumers problems
