[Resolved] Indane Gas, Arvind Gas, Trivandrum — Non-delivery

My gas connection is with M/s Arvind gas agency, Thiruvananthapuram and my consumer number is M4704 I have booked for gas cylinder replacement a few weeks ago and my booking number is 1076 I have been informed on 6-10-09 that the gas cylinder will be delivered on the next day Since then I am witing and every day they will inform me that the gas will be delivered that day. My consumer no is 19571. I have booked gas on 19 Oct 09, my booking no was 6237. For last 10 days i m daily giving phone calls to ARVIND gas agency twice & their standard reply : today evening. But that today have not yet materialised ie 25 Nov09 1100hrs. Can anyone tell me their complaint no. When asked to them about the complaint no they denied to give me the no.
