Indane Gas — Unable to reach the supplier

I am a customer of Vishnu gas agencies in Kadugodi, Bangalore. Their phone is never reachable. You need to make minimum of 20 times to 30 times to reach them. Possibly they lift the phone and keep. However it is a complete waste of time. Sometime even in complete day you cant book a cylinder!!! I have even complained to the Head office of Indian Oil last year...little bit of improvement was felt for a short time but again it is the same now. Please help. Was this information helpful? I have been trying to reach Veena Gas in Jullena. near New freinds colony. number is always busy. it takes a lot of time to book gas . as i am working it is hard to sit on the phone all day. plus sunday delivery is the only day that suits me . gas is booked under name of NC Raswant

Sheela Gas agency that I am registered with (in Bangalore city), refuses to deliver the cylinder when I go in- person to the agency. There is no one to collect the cylinder at home in the working days. This often causes a delay in getting the cylinder after booking since, we have to wait till Saturday and if missed the next Saturday. Is there a rule that the cylinders cannot be collected personally by the consumer and has to be delivered bythe Agency at the door step?
