[Resolved]  Indane Gas — Delay Delivery

My indane gas consumer no.06493 at kurinjipadi, cuddalore dt. tamil nadu. our dealer venkateswara
gas service, neyveli. I don't received the cylinder after booked, within 15 days. some time take 25 days
time to received. so please let me know, actualy how many days to wait for the cylinder after booked.

MY LPG INDAN CONSUMER NO. 26916. I HAVE TRIED TO BOOK GAS BY WWW.TOMO GAS.COM . I REGESTER MYSELF FOR GET BOOKING GAS. THEN BOOKED IN TWENTY ONE DAY AND DELIVERED IN 27 OR 30 DAY . I HAVE A BIG FAMILY AND, BUT I CAN’T TAKEN ANY GAIN OF OF THIS SERVICE . I AGAIN BOOKED GAS VIA TOMOGAS BUT THE DELIVERY YET PENDING. THEN TRY TO CONTACT ON PHONE NO;[protected] OF HARI SINGH GAS AGENCY BUT NOT ABLE TO CONTACT BECAUSE THEY DOES NOT RECEIVING THE CALL . SO I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST AUTHORISED PERSON PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND ARRANGE TO DELIVER GAS AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE .

LAST THREE MONTHS I OBSERVE GAS DELIVERY IS SO MUCH DELAY. ONE EXAMPLE THAT IS I BOOKING 16TH JANUARY BUT SOME PEOPLE BOOKING ON 18TH JANUARY. BUT 18TH JANUARY DELIVERY IS FIRST WHEN I COMPLAIN YOUR AUTHORISED DEALER FUEL CENTRE THEY SAID SORRY THERE ARE MISTAKE. MY CONSUMER NO. 19772. THIS MONTH BOOKING ON 16TH MARCH AND REGULAR COMPLAIN TO FUEL CENTRE THEY INFORM ME TODAY YOUR GAS WILL BE DELIVER BUT LAST THREE DAYS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED TILL DATE UPTO 11.00 AM

I M A SINGLE LPG GAS HOLDER OF INDENE CARD NO-23717 OF MEGHANI INDENE,NR.GAGAN GUEST HOUSE,NH.NO.8,NARODA,AHMEDABAD.
I BOOKED REFILLING LPG GAS BOTTLE ON 25/06/2010. STILL NOW I DID NOT GET A BOTTLE. I HAVE A SINGLE BOTTLE. AGENCY MANAGER DOSENOT REPLY BY PHONE & I INDIVIDUALY VISITED AT AGENCY FOR 6 TIMES,THEY DONOT ANSWER PROPERLY.THEY THREATEN FOR EXTRA DELAY IF YOU WILL COMPLAIN.THEY ALSO TELL YOU CAN COMPLAIN ANYWERE EVEN CHIEF MINISTER.AGENCY'S DILIVERY BOY TOLD ME: " SAB 100 RS. EXTRA DEDO AJ HI BOTTELE AA JAYEGA."

i am indane gas agency consumer bijnor Utter pradesh my consumer i.d. no.is 4669, i have booked my gas on 15.02.2011 but the refill cylinder yet not delivered The owner of gas agency not responding after makig so many telephonic calls so you are requested get necessory action to get refill cylinder delivered.

through the message booked a cylinder on 3rd oct 2011 but now i do not recieved cylinder last week company confirm me through the message very soon deliver cylinder at your destination that type of cases always happend by sulabh gas agency phulwari sharif my consumer number is 1257.
