[Resolved]  Indane Gas — RUDE STAFF/ INSULTING BEHAVIOUR

Sir,
I would like to bring to your kind notice that we have been using Indane Gas for domestic use since long from our local agency named Anushka Indane located at Nerul Railway station Navi Mumbai.

Even after multiple calls on[protected], 27722076, no one responds on the call and keeps on hold without responding for long time otherwise number comes Continuously busy for hours .
Please note that the bahaviour of the people of ageny including both the owner & the staff have been very rude, irritating & humiliating since long & we, the consumers, fells as if we are begging for our rights.
I request you to kindly take appropriate action against these kind of agents at the earliest so that no more consumer can be humiliated any more in future.
your early action will be highly appriciated & will bring relief to all its consumers.
