[Resolved]  Indane Gas — Complaint against Sri Kalarani Indane Gas Agency Mylapore Chennai.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have an Indane Gas Connection (Consumer No:47203). I had applied and got my first cylinder from Triloks Agency, Adyar, Chennai whose service was good.Then I was intimated that my connection has been shifted to Sri Kalarani Indane Gas Agency Mylapore Chennai. This mentioned gas agency is offering very poor service to me and the Customer Service is speaking very rudely and the vocabulary they are using is very bad and not professional when I enquire about when the cylinder will be supplied. I am hearing similar complaints from other customers of this Agency.
I am feeling unhappy about this unfortunate incident.

Kindly request you to take necessary action and address this issue as early as possible.

i was a client of trilok gas agencies. i dont understand the logic of merging gandhinagar customers to an agency at mylapore . the distance prevents us from contacting the office of kalarani . i had booked for a cylinder and i am told everyday that it will be sent today. i keep waiting for the cylinder but the waiting continues adnauseum.
i audit ioc bottling plants but who is to audit these distrubution centres?
i am deeply disturbed and keep my finger crossed. will ioc marketing do something to correct the situation?
I was also a customer of Trilok Agency. Now my connection has been shifted to Kalarani Indane gas agency (worst agency i have ever seen) I find it difficult contact them in person while going to office or returning from office because of the distance . Am working so i requested them to deliver on saturdays. I have booked gas one month back but still my cylinder has not been delivered. Whenever i enquire them i get rude replies.

Kindly request you to take necessary action and address this issue at the earliest and save Gandhi Nagar area people.

I have booked for a refill about three ewks back, but whenb I enquired yesterday, I came to know that my requst for refill was not booked and they made a booking only yesterday. When I objected to this, they promised to send the refill by today, but it has not been delivered so far. Unable to contact the manager of teh gas agency . I fully agree with other that the services offered by kalarani agency is very poor. I also do not understand why, our agnecy has been shifted from Trilok to this useless kalarani

My consumer no is 46542 . I was a customer of Trilok's gas agency and their service and distribution was perfect and good.However once the connection went to Kalarani's i am not finding the customer care as well as the people answering the phone, satisfactory.
I booked for my second cylinder in 2008 and i recieved the letter from Kalarani to come nad take my cylinder, however when i called them they told me there is no stock and its been months (more than a year ) now, that i am recieving the same answer from these arrogant people. Either they are giving the cylinders to someone at their choice, i am feeling miserable and i dont understand why you are keeping such a useless agency. What kind of responsibility is being taken for common consumers who are dependent on only one gas and have family at home.

Sir please address to my problem since i am suffering for past 2 years without a second cylinder, though i have been sanctioned to recieve my second one. Even today i called and they say stock is not there. i am really not sure what to do.
Obsolutely the kalarani gas agency is a worst one in chennai. Earlier we were with navaneethalaskshmi agency one of the best, later we shifted to adyar and moved our connection to Kalarani agency, since the date when we changed our connection we are facing the problems in booking and deliveries every time.

Worst agency I have ever seen in the country.

Triloks gas agency adyar — Late refill of consumer gas cylinder

Triloks gas agency, adyar, chennai is getting worser by the day in its service.. The person at the telephone desk hardly listens to your call and is very keen to keep the phone back in place... they dont deliver the gas cylinder even after 20 - 25 days from booking.. and upteen number of follow up calls is sheer waste of time and money...
I approached Sri Kalarani Gas Agency for a new connection. Though as per norms one need not buy a gas stove or other accessories compulsorily from the distributor, I was told that I would not be granted a new connection without making a purchase of either a Gas Stove or a Cookware Set or a Pressure Cooker. This is nothing short of daylight robbery. Also their behaviour is dismal. Please avoid this agency.
I have no clue if writing down our complains here resolves any of them, because these folks at SRI KALA RANI INDANE GAS AGENCY display unwelcoming attitude whenever I call them to check the status of my long over due refill booking. And they always talk as if they are doing me a favor by saying "whenever we have a delivery towards santhome, we shall send your cylinder along(even though i call them after 3 weeks from the date of booking) they are highly ill mannered while talking to any customer and they just bang the phone. There could be many unspoken similar issues by other customers. kindly do something or whatever possible, they are the worst people to answer customers call.
