[Resolved] Indane Gas — Regulator is not working

Dear sir I have a Indane Gas connection No. 14316 with Kapil Gas Service, Nicholson Road, Ambala Cantt. 133001 Haryana. My cylinder regulator is not working and the Gas Service people checked it and said that it faulty and need to be replaced. Ihave visited so many times to Kapil Gas Service to replace it but they are not replacing it. He is mentally torching us. Sir

I am your customer. My gas copy no is R109. My address is H.no 430 Garg Colony Kalka Road Rajpura distt. Patiala (Punjab). Sir my regulator is leaking, your distributor harrased me from last two months when i complained him he says that come on Tuesday when we go there on Tuesday he says come on Saturday because company has not issued the regulators when company will issue we will give. Moreover he never say how much time the company will take to issue the regulators.

I am a cancer patient and my treatment is going under P.G.I Chandigarh from last three years. My age is 84 years. I am badly suffering in winters because my Gas is not working.

It is therefore requested that pls help me as soon as possible.

my gas cylinder REGULATOR just blew off...releasing continous jet of lpg in whole room...by GOd's grace had just finished cooking...WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS??????
