Sir, how can i change the custmer name if existing custmer not dead..?plz send answer...

please send me the process of indane gas customer name change. because
the name in gas connection pass book is not the same as in my identical
proofs. so please tell me sir!
I am paid the money 1500 to distibutre, name does not change not yet.Consumer:-20596
