[Resolved]  Indane Gas — Charged Rs 175/- for regulator replacement

I HAVE GOT A INDANE GAS CONNECTION . PROBLEM IS THAT, THE GAS AGENCY HAD MADE A POLICY OF DEPOSITING THE COST OF CYLINDER REFILL BY THE CUSTOMER AT THE TIME OF BOOKING OF REFILL. INSTEAD OF, AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY OF REFILL.

SOMETIMES THE REFILL IS DELIVERED AFTER 10 DAYS OF BOOKING . MY QUESTION IS THAT WHETHER A GAS AGENCY HAS THE RIGHT OF DEPOSITING THE REFILL AMT. (LPG COST)AT THE TIME OF BOOKING THE REFILL OR THE AMT(LPG COST) SHOULD BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER AT THE TIME OF THE DELIVERY OF THE REFILL..

PLS CLARIFY THE RULES IN THIS REGARD

My gas repair by Gas Agency (M/S TECHNOCRAT'S PAOTA JODHPUR RAJASTHAN).on 18/03/2009 against complent no.18 due to gas likege and change uner switch NOZEL (nimifrescar ) gas chula purchse from NIKY TASHA INDIA PVT. LTD. but Actul nozel cost rs. 50 each to nos total cost rs 100 + 40 = 140/- service charges + Nozel Chages paid to mr mobile no.[protected] Rs.460/- kindly take strict action . Pl.balance refund my balance amount immidetaly.

My domestic Indian Oil LPG Distributor, Survey Park Gas Service, C- 215 Survey Park, Kolkata 700075, SAP Code- 140469; replaced my malfunctioning Regulator ( diagnosed by service man )@ Rs.200.00 against no receipt, even they insisting to purchase the connecting pipe, this 17.03.2016.
1. When Security for Regulator and cylinder has been lying with Indian Oil, it is not known the reason for
charging consumer for replacement of malfunctioning regulator.
2. No Money Receipt has given for the charge.

My regulator was leaking and i deposited the regulator to my Gas Agency. i got the new regulator but at a cost of Rs. 177/-. it has been made mandatory by the company and no receipt for the payment of Regulator has been handed to me . why is it so? I have received a msg from and there is cost rs. 0.if there is no such rule why they charge ??
