Dear Sir

I am having an LPG Gas Connection-Indian Oil in the name of Gopakumar Nair. The agency - M/s Roop Gas Agency - is located at New Kondli, Mayur Vihar - III, Delhi - 96.

Please note that when I want to book a cylinder over phone I will always get this response 'the dial number is busy, please dial after some time'. Only the phone bell gets ringing during their break time (i.e. means lunch and after 6.00 P.M. - that time there is no one to attend the phone).

Also note that each and every time this agency take more than 1 week time for delivery of gas and some times they are refused to give booking number also.

All other agencies are supplying the gas within 24 hrs including indian oil why this agency is taking so much time and harrssing bonafide customers.

So I kindly request concerned authorities to look into the matter urgently.

sir i am a iocl costomer i got a conection from (AVERY GAS SERVICE) R-104/4 RAMESH PARK LAXMI NAGAR DELHI 110092 I was booked my gas on dated 16 /1 /09 but i have been not reaceved my gas till dated 3 /2 /09 time 4:35 pm i have been three visit on his shop and i have been 9th or 10th call between in this period but there is not attending my call there is sitting two lady for our help but she dont help me she disconect the fone befor lisning the complaint so i am failed after visit /call
so please tell me what i do
if you will be fail against him for taken necessary action
so i will go to ( R T I ) ACT
for satisfaction how many days taken deliverd the sylender after booking date
please take necessary action against him my cust no 14482

    My connection, C No. 11597, with BRIGHT GAS SERVICE, Trichy Rd., Coimbatore collected Rs. 150/- towards replacement of defective regulator on 26/09/08 though the notice board displays nil charge for replacement of defective regulator. Suggest update the notice board to have transperancy of charges. First they refused to give receipt but on insisting, gave a receipt. Notice board shows Rs. 250 for new regulator but replaced regulator is used one.
    Dear Sir,

    I got transfer in my company job; so I wanted to transfer my Indane gas connection from Madurai to Trichy. I had connection with Ramesh Gas Agency, [Indane dealer] customer id 31404. When I approached them, they said u just bring the receipt during the registration withus; take ur cylinders and regulator to trichy. That time, becoz of power cut, they asked to come another day. So, I brought my cylinder with regulator to Trichy. Again another day I approached them to give transfer voucher. They said that it cannot be done; we changed the policy; you should bring cylinders & regulator. I said Its already installed in Trichy; how it is possible. But they never mind it. They are sticking on their new statement. Already I transferred my connection without surrendering cylinders but now they are giving statements in contradiction. If they told in the very first time itself, I was able to do so. Now, I`m in Trichy. But they are asking cylinder & regulator becoz of rule changed. Kindly look up this issue.

    autherised charges for the replacement of faulty regulator should be well informed on net as well ason notice board

      Sir, 26.09.08

      Requisition for supply of Refil was placed 21 days before (i.e. 5th Sept) to M/s Mahamaya Indane, Verma complex, Jagmal Chowk, Bilaspur (Chhattishgarh)but the same is not supplied till date. On contacting over phone. it is asked to lift the cylinder from Godown instead of home delivery.

      On placing the requisition, booking number is never given, despite of many request.

      Kindly investigate and take suitable action against the Dealer. Also assure regular supply in future.

      I am not satisfied with your gas distributers becoz they r not suppy gas silender at home in properly...when we contacted on ur phone, they never gave a properly answer...plz do a satisfied work for that...n plz give me reply on that case.

      IOC- Indane Gas — delay of LPG refill

      My LPG agency is Bindu Gas agency- Aluva- EKM (dt). Now gas refilling takes about two months.
      agency says it will take two months to get the refill cylinder.I saw your declaration about this that Refill cylinder can be got within 3 weeks after booking. I would like to know the clarification regarding this.
      Anyway I request you to issue the refill cylinder atleast in one month.

        This distributor has office at No.71/1, mehta Arcade, 15th Crs, 6th Ph, J P Nagar, Bangalore - 560078. They will never pick up the call. I might try some 100 times but always engaged. I don't know whether so many people keep calling tem without a break for even a second !!! Sometimes when it rings, no one will pick up. Very bad service. Do something for this.
        I have similar experience. I have been trying to get across from last 3 days without success. I hope IOCL is watching such post to improve their customer service
        This agency is very bad. They never receive the phone calls. I even spoke to the IOCL customer representative. Even she was very rude and was telling that this agency caters to "so many " customers

          Sir, we want new connection form ur dealer in aligarh, Dhan Shri, Naurangabad, G.T. Road, Aligarh (U.P.). The dealer gate the new connection charges exis amount of Rs. 2000/-. Actually new connection Amt. 2000/- without Stove (Chula) .Indian Gas please take an action on it.

          gas — bad supply

          Dear Sir

          This is with reference to my earlier complaint dated 22nd March 2010, I have bocked for gas bearing cunsumer no. 48334 at sharpurnagar Chintal gas agency since 25 days but still now there is no response from our agency while calling frequently. After several requests he had promised to send the same on monday but I didn't got the cylinder. Today again I called and requested him. I am facing the problem every month and also raise the complaint but there ie no response. Kindly look into the matter.

            "no any complain can do harm to us"
            says an employee at balaji gas service (really shaming)
            neither you can complain nor yau can get gas cylinders easily and by ready to get misbebaved by the employees on questioning this is all what we want to say about the servicing of balaji gas service faridabad.
            they can be sell the gas in black at higher rates but there i no gas for normal suplly. i[censored] ask abut this unfair then there is no answar. and if there is further reasoning by consumers then there is misbehaving by the workers at the gas service. they don't want to listen any thing.all is to be faced by consumer we face...we question...and we get insulted by the workers we also get less gas in cylinders. no body at the center provide. complaint latter & complaint no.. for misbehaving.

            there is no difference between a carless govt. employees and the employees at balaji gas service.

            vickey gas agency, tagore garden new delhi. they have always delay to suply gas, more she never pick the phone, when ever we have to go to agency for booking the gas, even we book on toomoo seva on computer then they never book the gas. every time we have to take leave for booking the gas. pl. reply how the gas agency improve the service. my no. is va 2979.

            is not working according as per your guide line I am consumer to such above distributer and identity

              Dear Sir/Madam

              I am consumer of Indane Gas having no.AGC/1299 with Ajeet Gas Agency, Lucknow (UP) in the name of my father B.K. Srivastava. Now I am getting transfer the above connection to Kathgodam Gas Agency, Kathgodam (Uttarakhand). I have submitted my transfer voucher issued to me by Ajeet Gas Agency, Lucknow (TV no.2126 date 05.04.08) to Kathgoam Gas Agency on 12.04.08. They told me that they will sent a registered post (provided by me) to Ajeet Gas Agency, Lucknow for the confirmation of transfer of gas connection. Now till date I did not get connection because Kathgodam Gas Agency is saying that they will not provide the connection untill the Ajeet Gas Agency will give them confirmation on registered post (showing the registry slip) send to them. Ajeet Gas Agency is saying that they have confirmed the registry and send it to Kathgodam Gas Agency (Showing the registery slip). Registry is missing or whatever reason. But I am suffering due to this lack of communication. Both Agency are not interested to take a confirmation on phone. This circumstance forcing me to refill my gas cylinder in Black which is totally illegal.

              DEAR SIR,
              I m user of the Indan GAS Cylinder from last 5 yearS. but from last three months i did not get any gas cylinder. i m complaining about "mritunjay gas services" 255/385, kundari rakabganj, lucknow. U.p. (INDIA) whenever i got the cylinder that was of 26.5 kg instead of 29 kg.
              the agency holder is very genttle and good man.There is a mr. dubey who does the misbehave with consumers.

              i also want to complaine in anti corruption buero. but the agency holder is very genttle man. so i m waiting for ur reply. i have also the video of 26.5 kg gas cylinders. before giving it in any news channel i hope and i request please take the action as soon as possible

              I have a LPG Gas connection. We have home Delivery. But always the supplier don't supply the gas on time. He takes so many time. That why we face difficulty. And a big problem is that the phone is not attend by the employers. He always take time about 1 and half month for delivered every cylinder. please sir help us to solve this problem.                 The Mess of the Student's Hostels at G.B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar Dist. US Nagar Uttaranchal, India are being run on contrat basis. The contractors of these hostels are being supplied Indane LPG gas cylinders made for home use instead of commercial LPG Gas cylinders of Indane by the Pantnagar gas service, Dist US Nagar, Uttaranchal, India which is being run by the Kumanun Vikas Nigam Ltd. Consumers are facing lot of hardships in getting the LPG Gas. The delivery of Gas is being done in 10-15 days and there is lot of irregularities in the LPG gas distribution. These irregularities are required to be rectified.

                Dear Sir,
                Just got a new connection one month back, Now I see the price is changed, but the bill i get is written by hand, before it was generated by the computer. Even now it is generated by the computer but later modified by writing by pen, When i ask the dealer to give me the proper bill, he seems to say this is what we give, if you want you can cancel the connection. My query is what is the price of a 19 KG Commercial LPG Gas?
                This price is changed by the dealer or my the manufacturer? what is the real price of the Gas. And the dealer is also not very much pleased by my query, and at my end the bill generated and given to me looks like a fake bill. Because this bill comes under commercial Tax.
                What shall i do. Please help me.

                    Late in supply of LPG.
                    Sir,
                    I am a customer of your company and my consumer No is 15260. I have booked a gas on 11.9.08 at Sanjay Gas, Bidar, Karnataka. But till now I have not received the same inspite of many phone calls.Sir I have also one cylinder and for this I am facing a lot of problems.It has also become the habit of Lipi Gas to supply gas after more than 10-15 days. Every month i am facing the same problems, inspite of contacting Sr area manager at belgum.

                    Therefore I kindly request you to take proper & strict action so that we will not face any problem further.

                    My Gas Connection No. is 24793.I have booked Gas cylinder with Karuna Gas Agency, 32, Surinder Nagar, Nagpur on 27.11.2008 vide waiting No. 7852. One week back, I was informed that the delivery of the cylinder will be made within 2 days. But the said delivery could not be made by Karuna Gas till date.
                    The attitude of people governing Karuna Gas Agency is always harrasing in nature. During my service tenure at Sarni, M.P. for 18 years, I have never faced any problem but I have always been harrased by this Agency during last 3 Years.
                    We are not able to understand why action is not taken against such people.
                    How they may be treating illitrate or less educated people if they are able to torture the educated mass.
                    After detailed study, strict action must be taken against such erring dealers.

                      My consumer No.28092, attached to M/s. Vijay gas Agency located at Besant Nagar, Chennai-Tamil Nadu. I took my ealier (one no cylinder) delivery on 1.08.09 which has got exhausted on 14.09.08. I have registered a service request of refilling on 14.09.08. I have been asked to wait for 15 to 20 days.
                      Since I have been given only one cylinder how do I run my life waiting of 15 days period.

                      The same was informed to Mr. U.V. Mannur-In charge of Indane Gas-Tamil nadu State[protected] through my mail on 18.09.09 and also spoken to His PA Mr. Nagaraj about the irresponsible and very lethargic reply from the uneducated staffs of the above said Gas Agency for compensation of either ealier refilling or request for alloting one more cylinder.

                      It is informed that its highly regrettable because no action has been taken against my compliant by the Indane company .

                      Indane Gas — poor state of distribution

                      sir here in haldwani i am a resident of kusumkhera street. the condition of distribution of gas is very poor . sir we always have to run after the truck . here is no home deleivery of gas . so the cases of blaking the cylinders also increased. we many times complaints against this to D.M., managar of gas agency but noone take any step over this .plese sir take any step over this .The people of kusumkhera will highly obeliged to you

                      I want to transfer gas connection from Tamilnadu-Kancheepuram dist-TNCSC chengalputtu to Maharastra-Pune- (Fernandez Enterprises Chandannagar). For that I need previous distributor agency no. As per requirement of Pune distributor whatever no given to me by TNCSC distributor was not correct and distributor was not agreeing that the no is not correct.

                      What to do now? Waste time and STD calls only!!!

                      this agency have some blak distributers, when delivery vehicle is coming our area, following the black distributer on this vehicle and unloding domestic gas in his own godowns. then he deliverying to some retaurant and with out connection holders and geting more money..., we little far from the mane road..
                      we are waitig up to 6 pm.. they didnt coming up to this time ...there after this cylinders are going to the black market... someny time i inform to the office they are not responding... this black market man was kept more than 50 customer card with him... he is controling the disribution of this area. please take any actions...

                        Dear Sir,
                        For the last three months onwards, cooking gas refil booking takes more than 25 days in our area (Chelari or Calicut University) and they (Silma Gas) say it will take 50 days now!!! Then we will have both the cylinders empty and what we do? I can not sit at home because firing from my wife. So please supply enough gas to Silma Gas agency, Chettipadi.

                          Sir/madam,
                          I am to state that i am the consumer of Indane gas under the Sehrawat gas Service. His code no. is 9107286 and telephone no. is 26045772 & 26043989. i wanted to book through telephone all the time but his telephone is always busy. when i personally went to his shop/agency he has refused to book the gas he has told that your gas was booked on 29/08/2008 and you can book the gas only after 29/09/2008. i requested them that i am the consumers and family consumer can book the gas after 21 days also i told them that earleir you were booking after 21 days then they replied that winter is approaching and now it will be booked after 30 days only.
                          It is therefore requested that kindly get me justice and he should be booked as per rules.

                            I have a Gas connection of Indane which had taken from South Delhi Gas Service, Moti Bagh, New Delhi in the year March, 2003 vide consumer No.SE6671. Subsequently change of my residence the gas connection was transferred to Chander Nagar Gas Service, Amrit Plaza, Surya Nagar, Ghaziabad vide Gas Connection No.23114.

                            I am working in Central Govt. Autonomous Body under Ministry of Culture and my job is transferable to anywhere in India.

                            Now in the month of March, 2008 on my transfer from Delhi to Kurukshetra, Haryana, I have transferred my Indane Gas Connection from Ghaziabad, U.P. to Kurukshetra, Haryana vide valid transfer slip/voucher. For getting the gas connection transferred at Kurukshetra I contacted the Indane Gas Agency at Kurukshetra, namely, Kurukshetra Gas Agency, Railway Road, Kurukshetra alongwith my transfer voucher but they refused to provide me the gas connection in the pretext of insisting Ration Card for residence identity proof inspite of the fact that I have produced them the copy of my office identity card and a certificate from my employer for residence proof, still the agency is not providing me the gas connection.

                            So I would like to request you to kindly let me know that whether Radion Card is compulsory for providing gas connection on transfer certificate as this place is a new one for me and it is very difficult to get the Radtion card at this juncture.

                            Indage LPG Gas — Not accepting transfer voucher without ration card

                              Dear Sir,

                              I had booked through net to refill LPG through my Indian Oil Agent M/s Vidyasagar Gas Agency at Pitampura Delhi vide Booking No.22 on 2nd Sep 08.

                              When we did not receive the gas we contacted it was informed that it was deliveered to us BY HAND which we never took. It appears that they deliberated sold the refill in black. thisis the thisrd time in a row happening to us.
                              Instead of verifying at the time of delivery they are verifying us when making a compalaint asking for 20 yr original booking receipt of gas connection
                              This is the height of malpractices. Can someone look into it

I have been living in Krishi vihar colony, near chirag delhi. new delhi-48 since last april. I have sufficient documents to prove my local address and identity.

                                There is the Indane Gas Agency Named "cactus lily enterprises" in my locality. I am regularly in contact with that gas agency for getting the new connection but there is one Answer always that No new connections are available now and come after one month. Is it possible that So big Named PSU has non availability of LPG connections.

                                It is very inconvenient to live without Gas as I am living with my small family so please look into the matter and try to solve out the problem

                                Indane Gas — Not availability of New Connection Since last one year

                                I am a Govt Employee in BSNL freshly recruited last year in Agra So I needed a New LPG connection in the city. I have been living in Trans Yamuna Colony since last Feb. I have sufficient documents to prove my local address and identity.

                                There is the Indane Gas Agency Named "Abhinav Gas Services" in my locality. I am regularly in contact with that gas agency for getting the new connection but there is one Answer always that No new connections are available now and come after one month. Is it possible that So big Named PSU has non availability of LPG connections since one year and no connections are distributed meanwhile.

                                It is very inconvenient to live without Gas as I am living with my small family so please look into the matter and try to solve out the problem
                                You need to provide ration card to obtain the same. Indane made it mandatory to avoid illegal connections. If you have so, they can't deny.

                                  A BIG HELLO TO ALL,

                                  I APPLIED FOR A NEW INDANE GAS CYLINDER IN THE MONTH OF JANUARY, 2008 WITH M/S. SNEHA GAS SERVICE, 33, RAI MOHAN BANERJEE ROAD KOLKATA - 700 108, CODE NO.99193891 AND THEY ASKED FOR A RESIDENTIAL PROOF. I SUBMITTED COPY OF MY ELECTRICITY BILL. I WAS NOT GIVEN ANY DOCUMENT FROM M/S. SNEHA GAS SERVICE AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE LETTER WILL BE REACHED AT MY RESIDENSE WHEN IT WILL BE ALLOTTED.

                                  I GOT THE LETTER OF ALLOTMENT ON 6TH SEPTEMBER, 2008 (SATURDAY). I WENT TO M/S. SNEHA GAS SERVICE WITH THE LETTER OF ALLOTMENT AND I WAS TOLD TO SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS AND COME NEXT DAY. THE LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED BY SGS ARE AS UNDER :-
                                  1. PROOF OF RESIDENSE. 2. IDENTITY PROOF, 3. RS. 4000/- APPROX, 4. AFFIDAVIT MENTIONING THREE POINTS viz., THAT I AM AN INDIAN CITIZEN, THAT I HAVE NO CYLINDER IN MY HOUSE AND THAT I SHALL NOT BE USING CYLINDER OF ANY OTHER PSU COMPANIES IN FUTURE.

                                  WHEN I ASKED THAT WHY SHOULD I SUBMIT AN AFFIDAVIT THE SGS PERSON TOLD ME THAT IT IS COMPULSORY REQUIREMENT AS PER CIRCULAR BUT HE COULD NOT TOLD ME THE CIRCULAR NUMBER THAT TIME AS HE SAID IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE AT THAT TIME.

                                  I SUBMITTED ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS ASKED BY THE SGS PERSON AND WHEN VISITED THE OFFICE ALONGWITH ALL THE DOCUMENTS AGAIN THE SGS PERSON TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT CARD FROM THE POST OFFICE AS PROOF OF RECEIPT OF ALLOTMENT LETTER. TILL TODAY THEY ARE SAYING THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT CARD, THUS THEY CANNOT ISSUE THE CYLINDER AND ITS ACCESSORIES. ALSO THEY ARE SAYING THAT ALL THE ACCESSORIES INCLUDING WOVEN WILL HAVE TO BE TAKEN FROM THE SGS.

                                  NOW I WANT TO CLARIFY THE FOLLOWING POINTS :

                                  1. WHETHER AFFIDAVIT AS ASKED BY SGS IS COMPULSORY, IF YES, KINDLY PROVIDE ONE COPY OF
                                  THE CIRCULAR.

                                  2. AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION OF NEW CONNECTION WHETHER ANY DOCUMENT IS GIVEN BY
                                  THE DISTRIBUTOR TO THE CUSTOMER, BECAUSE I WAS NOT GIVEN ANY DOCUMENT AS A PROOF
                                  OF BOOKING.

                                  3. I APPLIED FOR NEW CONNECTION IN JANUARY, 2008 AND GOT THE LETTER OF ALLOTMENT IN
                                  SEPTEMBER, 2008, WHILE I KNOW A PERSON WHO APPLIED IN THE SAME GAS AGENCY (SGS) IN
                                  THE MONTH OF MAY, 2008 AND ALSO GOT THE LETTER OF ALLOTMENT IN SEPTEMBER, 2008.
                                  HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE. HOW CAN THE GAP OF 5 MONTHS IN BOOKING CAN BE BRIDGED IN THE
                                  SAME MONTH OF ALLOTMENT.

                                  4. IS IT COMPULSORY TO TAKE ALL THE APPLIANCES INCLUDING WOVEN FROM THE GAS
                                  DISTRIBUTOR ? THE GAS DISTRBUTOR (SGS) HAS TOLD YES IT IS COMPULSORY. WHILE I HAVE
                                  AN ARTICLE ISSUED IN PUBLIC INTEREST BY THE MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS,
                                  GOVT. OF INDIA, IN THE TELEGRAH ON 3RD MARCH, 2007, WHETHER IT IS CLEARLY MENTIONED
                                  AS, I QUOTE " CUSTOMERS ARE FREE TO CHOOSE ANY BIS APPROVED BRAND OF HOT PLATES AND
                                  ACCESSORIES. IT IS NOT COMPULSORY TO BUY THESE PRODUCTS FROM THE LPG DISTRIBUTOR."
                                  KINDLY CONFIRM WHO IS RIGHT THE DISTRIBUTOR OR GOVT. OF INDIA.

                                  5. IS THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT CARD IS COMPULSORY FOR ISSUEING THE GAS CYLINDER. WHAT IF
                                  THE POST OFFICE IS DELAYING EITHER, OR IT IS MISPLACED BY THE POST OFFICE. SHOULD THE
                                  CUSTOMER SUFFER FOR THIS. WHETHER THE LETTER OF ALLOTMENT RECEIVED BY ME IS NOT
                                  ENOUGH PROOF AS IT HAS GOT THE STAMP OF THE GAS DISTRIBUTOR AND IT HAS MENTIONED
                                  THE SERIAL NUMBER OF BOOKING OF IOC (NO.544 DATED[protected].

                                  6. WHEN I ENQUIRED ABOUT THE CURRENT POSITION OF BOOKING I WAS TOLD BY THE SGS
                                  PERSON THAT THEY HAVE ISSUED 200 LETTERS OUT OF WHICH ONLY 15 ACKOWLEDGEMENT
                                  CARD THEY HAVE RECEIVED AND NOT YET RECEIVED THE A/D RECEIPT OF 185 CUSTOMERS. IF
                                  THIS IS THE RATIO OF RECEIPT OF A/D CARD THEN I THINK IT WILL TAKE A DECADE TO GET THE
                                  NEW GAS CONNECTION.

                                  7. THE GAS DISTRIBUTOR PERSON ALWAYS SAY THAT THEY HAVE A CIRCULAR FOR DOING THIS, IF
                                  THIS IS THE FACT WHY NOT THOSE CIRCULARS ARE DISPLAYED FOR THE CUSTOMERS, BECAUSE
                                  ULTIMATLEY THOSE DOCUMENTS OR WHATEVER IS REQUIRED THROUGH A CIRCULAR WILL BE
                                  GIVEN OR FOLLOWED THE CUSTOMERS.

                                  8. LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST, WHETHER IT IS COMPULSORY TO DISPLAY PROPER NAME, FULL
                                  ADDRESS AND AGECNY CODE NUMBER OF THE LPG DISTRIBUTOR AT THE PLACE OF THEIR
                                  BUSINESS OR NOT. IF YES, THEN WHY NOT SGS HAS DISPLAYED FULL ADDRESS AND AGENCY
                                  CODE NUMBER ON ITS HOARDING ALSO NO PHONE NUMBER WAS ALSO MENTIONED.

                                  9. MAHATMA GANDHI AND ALL OTHER BUSINESS ORGANISATION HAS SAID THAT CUSTOMERS
                                  ARE GOD FOR THE BUSINESS. IS IT NOT BUSINESS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. GOD ARE TREATED
                                  LIKE DOG. IS IT JUSTIFIED. WHY THE BEHAVIOUR OF THESE TYPES OF AGENCIES ARE SO ROUGH.
                                  THIS MUST BE DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE OVERCONFIDENT THAT NOTHING IS GOING TO
                                  HAPPEN WITH THEIR AGECNY AND NO ONE IS GOING TO TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST THEM.


                                  I, THEREFORE, HUMBLY REQUEST THE AUTHORITY TO TAKE PROPER ACTION AGAINST THE
                                  ABOVE REFERRED POINTS. WHATEVER IS THE FACT IT SHOULD BE TRANSPARENT.

                                  the service of gas agency is very very poor. it takes the booking but not deliver, yet they didnot receive the phone calls.
                                  thats all was not require to take new gas connection, just giving add proof (it could be any utility bill on ur owner name also) and Id proof (V card, Pan card, D license etc.) along with application and submit it, they will give you reiept of it thats it. Distributor will do all the followups and checking of your kitchen, installation and no need to buy any other equipment except ragulator and pipe, you drived by the distributor, but now You can also take the action against this type of PSU or corrupt people, Please file an RTI application and seek all the information, whatever it may be, status of all new gas connection and allotted in order, what is the current status, why not putting the add, tel no and distributorship no. everything, which you need to proov them corrupt. just send rs. 10 postal order. make sure to take the action as you suffered but don't let suffer some one else and also its your responsibility to make aware others. for more info ab RTI visit.

                                    Respected Sir,

                                    I have an Indane gas connection with Sudheendra Gas Agency, Indane Distributors, 80 Feet Road, Hennur Road, 2nd Main, H.B.R. Layout, Bangalore 560 084. My Indane Consumer number is S-19683.

                                    The issue is that when I call them to book the refill cylinder, over the phone they just tell me that the booking is done and do not give me the booking number. They do not book the refill and falsely tell me that I would get my cylinder in 3 days. When I had called them again to check why the cylinder has not been delivered, another lady, at the counter told me that I had not booked the cylinder at all. She books the refill later. They are not taking the refill bookings even after 21 days. They say that the computer system is not allowing them to book and therefore they would book it later. This increases the refill delivery time to 45days. When asked, why they are doing such injustice, they are arrogantly replying to me saying “Go and complaint to whom ever you want”.

                                    Sir, I would like you to see into this matter and bring justice for this kind of issues. They are also showing favoritism to certain other customers. Now, that I have questioned them about their behavior they have increased my delivery time. I have also called the sales office telephone number i.e. 22239473 to complain to some authorities about such unjust behavior. The lady who picked up the telephone also supported the gas agency and informs indirectly that, I will have to suffer any ways. Even she was telling me to go and complaint whoever I want to and where ever I want to. Such impolite officers are blocking our efforts to solve such unjust behavior with public service.

                                    Sir, I request you to reply to my mail and provide me links to contact higher authorities. This matter has already gone to the agency through Indane officers and now, the agency is taking revenge on me trying to get 1 refill cylinder per month.

                                    Request your kind self to do the needful.

                                    Indane distributors — unable to book refilling of cylinders

                                    As this is the winter season the consumption of gas is more and within 22 days my gas cylinder gets exhausted. when I book for the refilling of cylinder, they say that after 25 days of delivery only they will book for that, and after booking they are taking nearly 10 days time to deliver. suggest the measures to overcome this problem. are they having such rules that gas should be booked after 25 days after delivery?

Further, the consumers are facing trouble in booking the gas. They have to reach personaly at agency and then booking take place. Even after booking, at the time of delivery, the consumers have to reach at agency to request for not delivery of gas.

                                      I would like to apprise you that I use to visit the Inden Gas Agency, Narayn Dharam Kanta, Adhyapak nagar, nangloi every week since last one year but the staff over there never gave me a suitable answere. They even never gave me a particular date on which the new connection will be available. They always reply that connections are not available, come next month.

                                        I want to take a new indane gas connection.so for this i made enquiry from internet and also from distributor.Distributor told me that take a resident proof of electricity bill, water bill, voter card, ration card with two snaps.But i don't have any of the above.I have a proof from employer's side that i am resident in such area.But the distributor don't accept it.on the other side it is given on the indane gas website for the proof from employers certificate title.

                                        I have applied for new connection on 01/11/2008 and i recieved a confirmation letter from SREE MA KIRUPA GAS AGENCY SHOP NO:11 R-30, A, TNHB COMPLEX, SPARTAN NAGAR, ANNANAGAR WEST EXTN, CHENNAI - 600101... i went on 01/31/2009 on saturday, they denied to give me new connection stating its a month end. This is not fair...attrosious ...probably we have to provide the service quality as per the agency order not even a request or the agency has to provide service to new connection holders...which should be taken place...This is none business to check for us to its a month end or year end..wat ever the case may be, the approval is given what ever the day they are suppose to give the new connection. is it correct...

                                        If you are staying on rental...there are few necessary documents that you may attach like Rent agreement, Police verification report, Landlords Address Proof and your Photo Id proof. You must attach the required documents to procure a LPG connection. Employer's certificate is acceptable only if you are working with a M.N.C.

On last Saturday, I have submitted my registry documents related to my new home to my nearest Indian Oil LPG Agency for new gas connection and the representative has inform me that it would take more than two months to get a new connection!
                                        Since I am a member of mediocre family, it would be very much difficult for me to manage food from restaurant for entire this tenure. In this type of scenario, I am unable to find out any suitable solution to overcome the problem. Could you please advice some way out to?

                                        This is Ashok from Lucknow' working with Nokia in Bangalore, wana new GAS connection.
                                        For that I called to Mumbai Bharat GAS office from there I got a number of Mr. Sudhakar & Mr. Abhisekh mishra, ([protected], [protected]).
                                        I called to Mr. Sudhakar and ask about the new GAS connection they are asking for Rashan Card,
                                        I have PAN card as well Valid Indian Passport and also Indian driving license.
                                        But they are not accepting any thing other than Rashan Card.
                                        I hope PAN card' Passport and driving license is more reliable than Rashan card' even also we can provide company later as well bank statement too.
                                        Second getting a Rashan card in different state is more difficult than any other things. I tryeed a lot.
                                        And as per me Rashan card is only showing the address proof as well residence of Indian. Which I can proof from sayed above document.
                                        Here I have a suggestion that if you are issuing me a GAS connection on PAN or by Passport, You can trace any where with in the India because of database.
                                        So here My request pls. help me out to get a new GAS connection.
                                        If I would have a Rashan card or abile to get Rashan card Why should I call to Mumbai office or Mr. Sudhakaran.

He gave me receipt for the deposit of Rs. 1400.00. He gave me a Miton burner but there is no receipt for the remaining amount. When I paid some money to him why he denied to give me any receipt.
