Charged Rs 175/- for regulator replacement

My regulator was leaking on 11.09.08 and on 12.09.08 i deposited the regulator to my Gas Agency (M/S Sikha, Bharalumukh, Guwahati-Assam).on 1.10.08 after a brief fight of words i got the new regulator but at a cost of Rs. 175/-. i was told that we have to buy the gas pipe(worth Rs. 125/-) as it has been made mandatory by the company and no receipt for the payment of Regulator(Rs. 50/-) has been handed to me and instead a receipt of Rs. 0/-(zero)...

i have been supplied with 5 kg cylenders from the above suppliers he supplies from belgaum division
indane gas . since 1year he is assuering me to get the small cylenders . but now he is saying that he con't supply it now instead he is asking me to surrender it and take big on [ie 14.2 kg]cylender.Those 5 kg cylenders were handy and easily lifted to the supply place on 2 wheelers. Kindly see that supply of 5kf cylenders are started again in our area. i am mentioning the full address of the supplier in our place.

    SIR,
    I ad booked a cyllinder on 22nd September with M/S Dixit Gas Service, Khichripur, Delhi 110091. My consumer number is 23692. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me.

      Dear Sir/Madam,
      As my last complaint, I m very worried till today about solution of my complaint, but there is no action take by company.
      I M Consumer of Indane LPG with their Distributor Divyansh Indane Indore MP India under consumer No. 2765 .
      Since 18 months I m requesting Distributor to allot me DBC on my connection but they r giving assurance only for month or two thus they are delaying only, I want to know from authorities of Company principaly what is their Policy and when they are going to issue me above DBC?because in absence of DBC I still workless after finishing and another delivery of LPG, in this situation I m suffering a lot.
      Kindly understand my problem and do needful in above matter,

      NON ISSUE OF DBC SINCE LAST 13 YEARS

      Respected Sir,

      I am a working widow women in Railway Deptt. and could not got DBC against my Indane connection no. 1523 issued on 13 Sep 1998 in AGRA. I am a consumer at Ravi Raj Gas Agency Agra Cantt Agra UP and distributor keeps on giving verbal assurances since past 13 years. I suffer a lot and unable to know as what to do. Please let me know about the step to be taken in getting the DBC, any priority given to long waiting old connections by Indane. Please help me.

        sir, i subhash chand residant of word no 13 near m.c. park bhucho mandi disstt. bathinda we last recived a cylander on 25 feb 2009 its matter of shame that r.b. gas agency nathana is selling gas cylenders in black.we all the holders of gas connection of this agency connection no(1945) are not reciveng gas service properly.kindly see to this problem and if possible punish the the related workers who are selling the gas cylenders in black.we are facing a lot of problems due to lack of gas service.

          REFILLING PROBLEM

          Dear Sir / Madam
          with reference to above, I ALKA GUPTA Holding LPG Consumer with DBC Con No.GD/TS 437- T, 929, Laxman Vihar, Phase - II, GURGAON (HR).

          My complaint is about refilling of my gas cyllender
          your distributor of Palam Vihar Area M/s Golden Gas Service, 233, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon, is not provinding refilling service well. I have DBC connection.

          Your agency refills my cyllinder once in one & half month on my DBC connection.

          Is there any rule on DBC connection to refill one & half a month if not then take appropriete step against your distributor of our city.

          My second complaint is about booking of refill of my cyllinder on phone. Your distributor does not provide any response properly.

          There are other indane Distributors in my area, whenever i requested to transfer my Connection to another Distributors, he
          always refuses and begins to misbehave.

          Please listen my complain seriously.

          Indane - Lpg Supply — Unable to get tel no of dealer,M/S Krishna Agency,Nellore-524003,Andhra Pradesh

          My consumer no-50315-Indane-LPG-domestic. Dealer:M/S Krishna Agency,Nellore-3.

          I do not get their tel no's 2328830 &2327530 at all. Some they get engaged.In the next moment,I get the recording as "this tel no is temporarily out of service". I hope they keep the telephone OFF HOOK.

          This is causing severe hardship to customers.

            MUKUND GAS BARKATHPURA IS CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS. NOT SUPPLYING THE GAS EVEN AFTER 10 DAYS OF BOOKING AND WHEN ASKED. SIMPLY DENYING THE CUSTOMERS THAT THEY HAVE NOT BOOKD THE GAS AND ASKING FOR FRESH BOOKINGS. IN THIS TIME LAG SELLING THE CYLINDERS IN BLACK .
            PL. TAKE ACTION OR CANCEL THE REGISTRATION OF THIS MUKUND GAS. TROUBLING THE CITIZENS WITH HIS GIMMICKS.

            Yes the same issue is also continuing at Santosh nagar(IS SADAN), Brightening gas services.
            They are delaying the delivery and this indeed reflects while booking for the next time.

            Gas connection No.22793-Kalyani Gas agency, Lalgudi, Trichy district, Tamilnadu.
            This agency is providing the worst service over here. I have been trying to book my cylinder for the last 15 days, but i am unable to contact any of their numbers.Either the phones are ringing or busy. 24 hour booking no. as well as the helpline nos. are also not responding. If i directly went to the agency and asked the problems he told that you can complained any where.


            Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to get the gas booking done. the agency is not giving proper
            service for the last so many days.

            Dear Sirs,
            I am vinod kumar saini s/o sh jaswant singh saini R/o shiv coloney gali no3 kaithal road karnal, I am having a Consumer No. 5245 the Dushyant gas agencey Kaithal Road, karnal -- 132001 I booked for Gas cylinder on 03.02.09with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 3 working days. But the same has not been delivered till date. I have personally seen the delivery van

            distributing the same around the area. Please look into the matter and give a proper redressal as Due to this inordinate delay I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbour for use due to such delay. They also harass me and ask to come time and again. They also do not respond positively. Please help

            I am P.Ajayanath and my Consumer No.is 8273, Gas supplied by Mini Gas Agencies, Kundara, Kollam, Kerala.I am a regular customer of Indane gas.I got gas previously on 14th July. After 21 days ( As per the instruction of Agency ) I have booked my Gas on 3/08/09 ( Booking No.101 at Ernakulam, Phone No[protected]. Even after repeated request they are not ready to deliver my ooking Gas till date. I have a kid of 4years and my Mother is aged. Both of me and my wife are employees and we are facing lot of suffer without getting Gas on time. Expecting a most favourable action from you.

            Myself Mrs. Sajeena Vahab, consumer no. 182086, MINI GAS agencies, kundara. I have booked the gas on 12/10/2009, booking no. 6589. i have not yet recieved my refill till date(almost 2 months). When visiting the agency they showcase lack of responsibility blaming the driver and when contacting the driver viceversa.The staff's uncourteous behaviour is also to be noted, especially the driver. After further enquiry made in the locality it has been come to my knowledge they deliver the gas to those houses who pay 50rs above the market price. Your promt due action in this matter is highly anticipated.

            Indane Gas — delaying delivery/lack of responsibility

            my consumer number is 161327 and the agency is Pooja Gas , edapalli(unichira) .I had done gas refill booking online on19-06-10 and the The cylinder has not been delivered yet . I had personally met the delivery man , and every time I ws told that delivery will be effected ' the same day " This has been going on for two weeks ! I have observed that those who " beg and plead " with the person get immediate service whereas customers like me are totally ignored .

            I tried making a complaint online , by dialling [protected] , and when I press 2 for complaint I always get get the response "some time they says i got last delivory on 30;6;2010, i dont know what play was in prosessing between dealer and delivery man .... needless to say , it is quite frustrating .

              Sir,
              I Shabbir Hussain, on behalf of Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Khariar Road, district-Nuapada, Orissa, am to say that I am a customer of Indane gas since long. Yesterday on date 08.06.2008 I lift one refilling cylinder from Khariar Road extension counter of Dhanpati Gas Agency, Khariar, paying charge of Rs.388.00. I want to know whether he took genuine rate from me or not. I think the charging rate by extension counter of M/s Dhanpati Gas is the highest ruling price in India. I request your good chair to suggest me in this regard.

                Sir,
                I applied and got membership of NTPC.EMP.CONS.&THRIFT CO-OPT. SOCIETY in the year 1991-92 and accrdingly I used to purchased gas 3-4 times in a year since then. But several times I complained that the weight of gas is less than 10 kg instead of 14.2 kg. but the above society person were not taking any action.Now in this area there are lot of small business men are using gas cylinder for cooking and after using 7-8 days they used to return that cylinder to gas godown . The responsible clerks are giving delivery to good behaved man like me. And more over in NTPC Colony maximum users are using heater also beside indane gas and so maximum people were not aware of this things also.
                Knowing the above fact you please take necessary action so that we get the proper goods in proper time. And please watched it without giving notice to them. And more over my suggestion that if the agency is giving to any unemplyee students or any business men then service will be better because the society person are NTPC Employees and it is difficult after doing 8hrs.duty to give good service to members or purchaser of indane gas. Further I am requesting to you that please before taking any action my name should be kept silent, other wise what ever I am getting service now in future I may not get it .

                Indane Gas — The GAS cylinder not containing Gas as defined of 14.2kg

                Dear Sir,

                We are customer of Indane ( Cust No. 11356) . We were delivered a Cylinder which we had put on 17.12.11 and there has been hardly much o[censored]tilisation of Gas. We are a family of 6 members and we only use Gas to cook food only which is also in the morning. In the aftrnoon only 8-10 chapatis are cooked and in the evening again about 14 chappatis, one dal and soup in winters. Normally it has been availble to get thru for 25 days. This time it has been just 6 days and on 23rd morning the Gas was empty.

                We have been getting Gas frm Mohanil Gas Service, IIT Chowk, Near Essex Farms.

                We have been trying to contact your Toll free no. [protected] there is no reponse, we tried 23411282, there is no response & 23411654 the no. does not exist. There was another no. for Leakage[protected] ( there was no response ), another no.[protected] which is obviously a wrong no.) .

                ONE OF INDIA'S LARGEST GAS SERVICE INDANE OF INDIAN OIL, HAVING A VERY BAD CUSTOMER PROCESS AS NONE OF THERE NOS. DEFINED ON THERE INVOICE ARE AVAILABLE TO ANSWER OR HELP A CUSTOMER.

                Would request if you can take up our complaint.

                  Hi.

                  I am a customer of Indane, Karnataka Food & Civil Supplies Corp. Ltd., Hebbal, Bangalore. My customer no. is :- 23077. My Problem is we have been trying to contact our Gas agency for Booking Gas cylinder through telephone a lot of times. However, we came to know that the Distributor has moved to some other unknown location. We did not receive any kind of notice as such before they moved out. We are already running shortage of Gas and trying to manage somehow for the time being. We have also tried to find out its whereabouts from the other Indane distributors. They are unable to provide us with the appropriate contact details and the number.
                  Is there any way out I can get in touch with my distributor ?
                  Please provide me the contact info. as soon as possible.

                    Agency of Indane Gas - Raj Flame, Mohan Garden, Delhi, India, is not bothered to attend phones, doesn't care for honoring bookings, is selling cooking gas in black, is indulging in malafide business practices. Is anyone there to to listen? IOC is a public sector compnay, so it doesn't matter if it looses business. Is there any statutory bodies who can take care of a genuine customer who use hardly a LPG cylender in a month

                    lpg dealership — dealership of lpg {cooking gas}

                    Hi,
                    We are not able to locate the contact centre/person for obtaining dealership in Uppala {Town} - {District- Kasargod}.

                    We are ready with all the paperwork and the necessary obligations. However we are not able to locate the advertisement to which we are needed to respond for the purpose of obtaining the dealership.

                    Uppala is a big town, hence please send us the proper contact person and details for the purpose.

                    At present, the LPG dealer is situated 25kms. of[censored]ppala in Manjeshwar.

                    Dear Sir,

                    That all 28th November 2008, I have booked a LPG cylinder on telephone number 1260 vide their booking number 6. But supplier M/s GAYATRI GAS SERVICE has not supplied cylinder till today, previously during 2008, many times I booked cylinder on the same number but the compliance has not made every time. The practice of the dealer is wrong and against the law. Many times your dealer forced us to purchase the cylinder in higher rate and less rate, the delivery man of the Gayatri Gas Service, always keeps a weightment scale which is un-authentic

                    In the light of the facts stated above, you are requested to look the matter personally, the area manager Mr. SATESH TIKOO seams evolved with the Gayatri Gas Serivce.

                    For your ready reference I have lodge my complaint to Mr. B.S. GIRDHAR, State Office & Mr. SATESH TIKOO, and area manager through E-mail on dated 5th December 2008, but, till day I have no reply with them.

                    You are requested to send me LPG CYLENDER for re-filling and take necessary action against the will full defaulters.

                    IOCL LTD/ Indane gas — delay in attending emergency case

                    Gas leakage was complained this morning (23.12.2009) at 9.10 am to (M/s Sabhari Agencies Kilpauk ,Chennai.) regarding heavy release of GAS on opening the knob.
                    The agent said that technician will be sent within 1 hour. In the first place this is an emergency case and needs immediate attention . The person was sent only after 12:30 pm and was not properly attended to . Imedeatly we called and got the same done second time.

                    In furture kindly arrange a separate cell to attend such cases on the spot to avoid calamities.
                    I am a customer of Kleen Gas with Cust no-7503 . Booked my refill request on 22nd Dec, visited their office on 4th Jan and me& my wife must have dialed their number more than 100 times just for a gas. They picked up only once or twice promising to send the gas but till date no gas has been sent. If a reward is instituted for bad customer service, Kleen Gas will definitely get it.

                    Booking of gas is very difficult as they are not picking up the telephone. Always it seems that they have delibrately keep the phones are busy. Whenever it rings they will not pickup.

                    I would like to know their intention. What is they are doing ? It seems that they are giving all the domestic gas cylinders to commercial customers and selling in the black market.

                      I am trying to contact the gas agency to book the gas by phone[protected]/1135) but nobody picks up the phone and if by mistake someone picks up the phone then it is put on hold for 15 minutes or till the time the line is disconnected by caller.This is ridiculous as this is nothing but harsing the customer.My wife is not able to go to the centre as my baby is small and she can't take her out to book the gas.

                        indane gas company godown situated at road no.4 green hills colony sroornagar hyderabad 500035.
                        the surrounding area flats and houses with about600+ inhabitants
                        are suffering the nose pollution since the start of the depo especially, senior citizens like me, housewifes and kids.
                        the full cylinders arethrown out of vehicle on the fllor and empty cylinders back into vehicle. RESULTING IN
                        1)UNBERABLE NOISE
                        2) RISK OF EXPLOSION OF FULLCYLINDERS
                        3)DESHAPING OF CYLINDER WHEN ONE IS THROWN ON ANOTHER
                        I HUMBLY SUGGEST that a great gaint like you caneasily avoid this by simple improvements in material handling.
                        my simple and positive suggestion is
                        I) to use gravity principle to roll the cylinders by using hard rubber lined inclind planes(like the kids slide in gardens) and roll full cylinders upto the foot of godown entrance-noiselessly, with out damage and you may save man power too.
                        the same process can be reversed for empty cylinders by making suitable patform-screw operated jack(or hydraulic).
                        2) a strong rotating chain (powered or manual) with lot of hooks spaced equal to cylinder width hook one cylinder to each hook and unload cylinder when it comes to the point. as the chain rotates slowly cylinders can be loaded at one pont and unloaded at the other.
                        as the chain rotates like looped conveyer it will be useful for loading and unloading.
                        I am an engineer worked in textile for 40 years and material handling is one of our prime job- for ease, saftey, cost saving .
                        i hope you will take this and put your r&d experts to implement as it saves, reduces sound, increase saftey and life of cylinders.
                        atleast 20% percent of cyliders are not in perfect shape(this is rough assumption and i cannot produce data)

                          Sir,
                          I am writing u from Khajuraho, Madhya Pradesh.
                          I am having lpg connection with the indane dealer 'LAXMI INDANE'.
                          my CONSUMER NO. is 941. Whenever I go to book a cylinder, they do the booking in a plain register, they did not give any reciept...and when I ask about the reciept they always say ki " baad mein aakar raseed katwa lena " means I have to go twice and thrice to just register my booking for a cylinder. They never register it on the first visit.
                          On first visit they provide a number and ask you to book the cylinder after 4-5 days.
                          On second/third visit they take money Rs.335/- .Never give the reciept and cylinder will be delivered after two three days.
                          The question is "why can't the dealer book the cylinder in first visit ?
                          And there is no complaint register of INDAIN at the outlet.
                          Please do the needful.

                          LPG — Irregularities in booking refill

                          I have a connection with M/S Ess Bee Enter.( which has phone no as[protected] and[protected] bearing No 12165 in the name of my elder brother Mr. Babadin. It is noticed on several occations that my refill is illegally booked and sold in "BLACK". For last instance when I give a call on 20.1.2008 (first of all no one pick up the phone and when the phone is answered) it is told me that my refil has already booked on 11.01.2008 and delivered it is not understood when i have not booked my refill prior to 20.01.2008 how it is booked and where it is delivered? I would like to see the delivery receipt and it is still not delivered on this date i.e. 29.1.2008.

                            REPLACE FAULTY REGULATOR

                            I am INDANE GAS Company' s costumer having connection no.14941 in GUJRAL GAS SADAR, JABALPUR (M.P).Previous week my regulator got faulty and presently its leaking GAS.I went to GUJRAL GAS Agency to change my regulator .But they are asking me to pay
                            Rs. 200/- to replace faulty regulator.
                            Therefore i want you to please suggest me what to do .As far as i know it's company's duty to change regulator free of cost....

                            Dear Sir

                            I am having an LPG Gas Connection-Indian Oil in the name of Gopakumar Nair. The agency - M/s Roop Gas Agency - is located at New Kondli, Mayur Vihar - III, Delhi - 96.

                            Please note that when I want to book a cylinder over phone I will always get this response 'the dial number is busy, please dial after some time'. Only the phone bell gets ringing during their break time (i.e. means lunch and after 6.00 P.M. - that time there is no one to attend the phone).

                            Also note that each and every time this agency take more than 1 week time for delivery of gas and some times they are refused to give booking number also.

                            All other agencies are supplying the gas within 24 hrs including indian oil why this agency is taking so much time and harrssing bonafide customers.

                            So I kindly request concerned authorities to look into the matter urgently.

                            sir i am a iocl costomer i got a conection from (AVERY GAS SERVICE) R-104/4 RAMESH PARK LAXMI NAGAR DELHI 110092 I was booked my gas on dated 16 /1 /09 but i have been not reaceved my gas till dated 3 /2 /09 time 4:35 pm i have been three visit on his shop and i have been 9th or 10th call between in this period but there is not attending my call there is sitting two lady for our help but she dont help me she disconect the fone befor lisning the complaint so i am failed after visit /call
                            so please tell me what i do
                            if you will be fail against him for taken necessary action

                              My connection, C No. 11597, with BRIGHT GAS SERVICE, Trichy Rd., Coimbatore collected Rs. 150/- towards replacement of defective regulator on 26/09/08 though the notice board displays nil charge for replacement of defective regulator. Suggest update the notice board to have transperancy of charges. First they refused to give receipt but on insisting, gave a receipt. Notice board shows Rs. 250 for new regulator but replaced regulator is used one.
                              Dear Sir,

                              I got transfer in my company job; so I wanted to transfer my Indane gas connection from Madurai to Trichy. I had connection with Ramesh Gas Agency, [Indane dealer] customer id 31404. When I approached them, they said u just bring the receipt during the registration withus; take ur cylinders and regulator to trichy. That time, becoz of power cut, they asked to come another day. So, I brought my cylinder with regulator to Trichy. Again another day I approached them to give transfer voucher. They said that it cannot be done; we changed the policy; you should bring cylinders & regulator. I said Its already installed in Trichy; how it is possible. But they never mind it. They are sticking on their new statement. Already I transferred my connection without surrendering cylinders but now they are giving statements in contradiction. If they told in the very first time itself, I was able to do so. Now, I`m in Trichy. But they are asking cylinder & regulator becoz of rule changed. Kindly look up this issue.

                                Requisition for supply of Refil was placed 21 days before (i.e. 5th Sept) to M/s Mahamaya Indane, Verma complex, Jagmal Chowk, Bilaspur (Chhattishgarh)but the same is not supplied till date. On contacting over phone. it is asked to lift the cylinder from Godown instead of home delivery.

                                On placing the requisition, booking number is never given, despite of many request.

                                Kindly investigate and take suitable action against the Dealer. Also assure regular supply in future.

                                I am not satisfied with your gas distributers becoz they r not suppy gas silender at home in properly...when we contacted on ur phone, they never gave a properly answer...plz do a satisfied work for that...n plz give me reply on that case.

                                IOC- Indane Gas — delay of LPG refill

                                My LPG agency is Bindu Gas agency- Aluva- EKM (dt). Now gas refilling takes about two months.
                                agency says it will take two months to get the refill cylinder.I saw your declaration about this that Refill cylinder can be got within 3 weeks after booking. I would like to know the clarification regarding this.
                                Anyway I request you to issue the refill cylinder atleast in one month.

                                  This distributor has office at No.71/1, mehta Arcade, 15th Crs, 6th Ph, J P Nagar, Bangalore - 560078. They will never pick up the call. I might try some 100 times but always engaged. I don't know whether so many people keep calling tem without a break for even a second !!! Sometimes when it rings, no one will pick up. Very bad service. Do something for this.
                                  I have similar experience. I have been trying to get across from last 3 days without success. I hope IOCL is watching such post to improve their customer service
                                  This agency is very bad. They never receive the phone calls. I even spoke to the IOCL customer representative. Even she was very rude and was telling that this agency caters to "so many " customers

                                    gas — bad supply

                                    Dear Sir

                                    This is with reference to my earlier complaint dated 22nd March 2010, I have bocked for gas bearing cunsumer no. 48334 at sharpurnagar Chintal gas agency since 25 days but still now there is no response from our agency while calling frequently. After several requests he had promised to send the same on monday but I didn't got the cylinder. Today again I called and requested him. I am facing the problem every month and also raise the complaint but there ie no response. Kindly look into the matter.
