REFILLING PROBLEM

Dear Sir / Madam
with reference to above, I ALKA GUPTA Holding LPG Consumer with DBC Con No.GD/TS 437- T, 929, Laxman Vihar, Phase - II, GURGAON (HR).
My complaint is about refilling of my gas cyllender
your distributor of Palam Vihar Area M/s Golden Gas Service, 233, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon, is not provinding refilling service well. I have DBC connection.
Your agency refills my cyllinder once in one & half month on my DBC connection.
Is there any rule on DBC connection to refill one & half a month if not then take appropriete step against your distributor of our city.
My second complaint is about booking of refill of my cyllinder on phone. Your distributor does not provide any response properly.
There are other indane Distributors in my area, whenever i requested to transfer my Connection to another Distributors, he
always refuses and begins to misbehave.
Please listen my complain seriously.

sub-problem of delivery of lpg cylander
sir, i subhash chand residant of word no 13 near m.c. park bhucho mandi disstt. bathinda we last recived a cylander on 25 feb 2009 its matter of shame that r.b. gas agency nathana is selling gas cylenders in black.we all the holders of gas connection of this agency connection no(1945) are not reciveng gas service properly.kindly see to this problem and if possible punish the the related workers who are selling the gas cylenders in black.we are facing a lot of problems due to lack of gas service.
im sure that u will solve this problem and take this matter seriously
