[Resolved]  Indane Gas Company — delay in delivery

Taas Gase agency ( Indane) — very late

I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with TAAS GAS AGENCY, Chromepet, chennai and my consumer number is 40006. I have booked for a refile on 9th January 2009 till 27 Janurary 2009 not received

I had booked the cylinder on 13.10.2009, the Poornima Gas Agency, Parakode not delivering the cylinder for the last 7 days, When i phoned them they replied that today will send to you, this is happening for the last 7days. The truck passes, they are not stopping and will action that not for you. The delivery system of poornima gas agency was good at the time of their first agency time. Afterthat it is too bad. In the absence of Adoor agency they have an ego to the cutomers.

Kindly make an arrangement to supply the gas properly to me and other customers.

I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Archana indane gas agency, hata-kushinagar.the delivery date they gave for my booked refill was 03nov. after that when i went to get my cylinder they said that it has finished and will be delivered next day. now after going there for even two week still they are not providing the cylinder. this is not the first time that they are delaying it, its repeated everytime.. they always give the cylinder to black-sellers and other influential people and then they simply deny the supply to common people. i asked them about the delivery but they are not ready to hear anything and they are dealing the customers very bad. not only me but all the customers associated with this agency are troubled by its poor service.Please take necessary action.

Indane Gas — Not responding properly and delayed delivery as per there acceptance

Dear Sir,

I have a Indane Gas connection with Taas Gas Agency, 140 Gst Road, 1st Cross Street, Chrompet, Chennai. My gas connection number is 63431. Due to my family's absence in last 6 month, we have not booked any gas in that period. Later they cameback to Chennai, I approached the gas office to book the cylinder. They said we need to verify the address within 1 day and we will deliver the cylinder within 3 days. At the time we stayed in the same address. For the verification they took 3 days(with a sunday). Later I approached they said, another 2 days it will take to deliver the gas. Even after 2 days I didn't received the cylinder. Then my wife used to track the call. While in the call, one of the associate with gas company used bad words with her. Again day by day they said the same sentence "Today we will deliver". This continues around last 1 week.

In my home, we are not having single drop of gas, and it is the biggest humiliation for mankind. As my father is suffered from Diabetic, I send him to my native for the food concern. We are not in a position to cook and eat in this republic country. Day-by-day I am getting more frustruated due to this incident. Please take some necessary action, which should not happens to others.

I am a customer of indane gas with Arachan Gas Service agency my consumer no. is 4300 and distributer ID is 81010307.
I wnat to state that we do not receive our gas within the committed perioud of 22 days, there is aslways a delay and whenever we try to contact our distributor we never get a positive response from then, also as there is a monoply of distributor in our area they always give the cyliner only to black-sellor and influential people and try to neglect common people and does not respond to us even on proper follow up from our side. This is not first time that they are delaying it, its repeated everytime.
We could not get cylinder without lodge a complain since last three time.

I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Archana indane gas agency, hata-kushinagar.my customar no is- 8498 & sv no- [protected], i had been booked my cylinder on 5/08/12. after that when i went to get my cylinder they said that it has finished and will be delivered next day. now after going there for even two week still they are not providing the cylinder. this is not the first time that they are delaying it, its repeated everytime.. they always give the cylinder to black-sellers and other influential people and then they simply deny the supply to common people. i asked them about the delivery but they are not ready to hear anything and they are dealing the customers very bad. not only me but all the customers associated with this agency are troubled by its poor service.Please take necessary action., finally i have not recived my cylinder in present time.so request to u please do some thing.
