Indane Gas — Cylinder not giving

I am a customer of Indane Gas, (Ujjwal Gas, L.B.Aprtment, Surat). I have only 1 cylinder from last 3 years. I need a new one and they are not giving. I have already complained lot of time but no change. I am suffering if the cylinder is become empty and they send cylinder after 7 days of registration of refilling and I suffer for 7 days with out gas.

This is very Critical, i have problem

A my customer number is UT-10586.NAME-ARUN KUMAR SINGH, AGENCY -RASHMI RATHI, AT-MALAI PAKRI KANKARBAGH PATNA-20. I booked my my gas cylinder last month on[protected] but not refilled cylinder till today and his operator said i[censored] want to harry so plz purchase in black.

I hava visited the indane gas dealerin kohima Whose address is Belho Gas, Boc Kohima, Nagaland.The manager has refused to give new connection.Since i have recently posted in kohima it is very deficult for me to live without gas connection .KIndly help me in getting new connection.thanking you in anticipation.

My gas nos is 25126 with the name p bhawarlal jain. I am booked the cylinder before 03/april/2009.but today 13/april/2009 .I have no recived my cylinder today im call in kalpana indane gas agency15/2 service road r.p.c remco layout vijaynagar stage bangalore-560040. but lady saying 06/april/2009 recived your cylinder.this is very critcal, i have problem.So pls solve the problem this problem is every month.

I am a new house bult in manaathavadi thaluk wayanad dist. kerala. . and i went to aply new gas conection but the agency not taken my aplication, i submitead my election identitty card. but the agency person saying he need Ration card .. the gas agency neme MANOJ GAS AGENCY MANANTHAVADI ... plz do the needfull ...

Indane Gas — not done any thing after giving complaint

i have got a leaked cylinder on date 18 march 2010 from gayatri gas service main wazirabad road, bhajanpura,delhi 53. i have given a complaint to emergency service cell operated by G .S ENTERPRISES,shalimar park extn. shahadra delhi 92. CODE NO. 9107189.
CYLINDER is still leaking. this is the height of irresponsibility. there r so many lifes at danger.
please do need full. these agencies are totaly irresponsible.

My consumer number is 11250 of Indane Gas. I have booked for additional cylinder in our gas agency ie, Bhagavathy Gas, Aroor on 12.6.2008. But they have not issued our cylinder till date. When I enquired about this they tole me that they have sent one letter in October, 2009. But I didn't get any such letter. Kindly inform me what should I do to get my additional cylinder.

Indane Gas — not received cylinder of new connection

Sub: non receipt of the cylinder for the new connection

Sir,

This is to inform you that I have got a new LPG gas connection vide consumer no. 12423. On 26/09/10 (Sunday) but regret to inform you that I have not received any cylinder, new regulator as well as gas pipe. After repeatedly visiting the office Jhakan, dehradun no positive work has been done. Every time I visited the office they assured us to send the cylinder the next day or after.

In between they handed me an old regulator saying that they do not have any supply of new regulators. Therefore, I earnestly request you to look after the matter and suggest me the next step as I am in urgent need of the cylinder. Moreover the office people do not talk on phones but pick the phone and keep it aside (ref: [protected]/[protected] time: 14:55 PM dated:12/10/2010, [protected] at 15:18 PM).

Hope to get a positive action at your earliest.

We booked the gas cylinder (indane in madhavaram, chennai) . Whenever we call they say they have send today past one week the same answer and when we call mostly they are not picking the call too. what can we do for this type of respond from agenccies like this. some action must be against these types of problem.

Dishonouring the booking through IVRS

I Booked my cylinder on[protected] through IVRS. My consumer No. is 40946 of HARI SINGH GAS SERVICE. Their previous deliveries were also delayed. And for this booking, I didn't get the cylinder yet.
And I booked again on[protected] through IVRS, But there is no response.
Please do something and take necessary action

I have been denied a new Indane gas connection on the grounds of having a commercial gas connection from IndoGas
