[Resolved]  Indane Gas Connection — Regarding forcifully handing over hot plate while taking new gas connection

Sir, i Mrs. Joginder Kaur has new gas connection from M/s. Cookwell Gas Services, 6-H, Sarabha Nagar, Ludhiana on[protected]. My Connection/voucher no.is [protected]. Sir, my grievence is that while applying and availing new gas connection, i was forced to take hot plate, gas conister, gas lighter and apron alongwith new cyclinder, whereas on the said outlet of your service station, it is clearly mentioned that "customer is not bound to purchase hot plate alongwith the new gas connection". These items were charged at total of Rs.2,065/-as under by M/s. Cookwell Gas Services,6-H, Sarabha Nagar, Ludhiana:-

Hot Plate Rs.1,650/-
Lighter Rs.145/-
Apron Rs.270/-
Total Rs.2,065/-

The service station has total charged Rs.3,685/- including the above said amount of Rs.2,065/-vide their bill no.741.

Sir, i humbly request your goodself to please inform me whether i have to take all these items i.e. Hot Plate,Gas Lighter, Apron etc. while taking new gas connection/cyclinders of Indane Gas from any outlet of the your company, as i was supposed to do the so by one of your gas agency I.e. M/s. Cookwell Gas Services, Ludhiana and if i am not supposed to take these items forcefully,a refund of Rs.2,065/- be made to me by taking back the items i.e. Hot Plate, Gas Lighter, Apron etc. from me which was forcefully handed over to me at the time of taking new gas connection. It is further stated that i may please informed about the action taken by your company against your M/s. Cookwell Gas Services,6-H, Sarabha Nagar, Ludhiana.

An early reply and action in this regard be appreciated.
