Indane Gas — Late gas cylinder delivery

I am a consumer of Indane gas(Guruprasad agency, Aundh,Pune). As per the guideline we should get the cylinder delivery within 5 days. but everytime it takes 8 to 10 days. Sometimes it takes around 12 days. Please take this complaint seriously and take necessary action.

Indane Gas — Delay in delivery of refill gas cylinder

I am consumer of Kasna Indane Gas Service, Gautam Budh Nagar, UP. My consumer no is 018852. The refill was booked vide IVR on 21/7/11, serial no 02, but it is now more than one month(23/08/11), that gas is yet to be delivered.

Respected sir,

my name is bhagvan bhai b. solanki my sv no. is 7682..my address is 5,saubhagya society,near s.m.patel school,bavla,ta: bavla,dist: ahmedabad, pincode;382220..
complain against vaibhav gas agency ,bavla.. they are give late cylinder .
i have register the complain fort the next cylinder on 23/8/11 but till the cylinder not given..
plz take some action against them...
