Indane Gas — gas not delivered

The consumer no. is TS 63, I have been booking gas for past one month on the IVR no. 1260, booking no. received is 21. But have not received gas, till date. Not only this I have even booked it on the dealer’s phone no.

The dealer’s phone no.[protected]sona agency), which is always engaged. How shall we get through them? More over we can’t trust the IVR booking system. Now our second cylinder also got over, now where shall we go and look for another gas.

The system is so bad and irresponsible that we cant, trust them.
Now even our second gas also got over, and we have no gas to use.sona mobility has so poor and disorganised system.

All illegimate things, like blacking of gas is done in front of our eyes, in our area, but no one is there to take any action against it

We dont recieve gas on time, but the Dilivery boys get the gas and black it in front of our eyes.

just request you to take relevent action against it.

All illegitimate things, like black marketing of gas is done in front of our eyes, in our area, but no one is there to take any action against it.

We don’t receive gas on time, but the Delivery boys get the gas and black it in front of our eyes.

just request you to take relevant action against it so that we receive as early as possible.we are actually have no gas with us. we have to borrow it from others.

Gas booking not done on time, delays has been made.
Time taken between 2 booking should be 21 days but they take 30days for Booking .And delivery time should be within 3 days after booking but it takes 15 days .

I had booked 29-08-09 a cyllinder with M/S Nafees Indane Gas Agency Sherpur Kalan Tehsil. Puranpur Distt. Pilibhit. My consumer number is 10556. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used bad language against me. I request you to please.cheq the agency and my coupon book.

We have booked our gas almost 15 days back on vide consumer no. 30165 in the name of Mr. Hariram 15th March 2011 through booking no.8353. Ref. No. for the same is 185282. The gas is yet not delivered and we are facing lot of problems, despite calling several time in the agency and on the cus.care nos no body is responding on the same. Kindly look into this and help at the earliest.

I booked the gas cylinder on line on[protected]indane gas )refilling booking No205601.I got the message on[protected], cash memo No 1313 Your gas cylinder will be delivered. sender No 544111.mobile No[protected]at 3.34pm. I waited about one week then I telephoned many times.I went personally requested about more 10-15 times.Daily telephoning .the response very poor. do the needful help and settle the matter. kindly change it the nearest distributor seetammadhara branch.

I booked the gas cylinder online on[protected] time 18:56 (indane gas ) refilling booking No269022.I got the message on[protected], at 16:19 cash memo No 10578 Your gas cylinder will be delivered. sender No 54411.mobile No[protected] at 16:19. I waited about one month then I telephoned many times.I went personally but no result.

I have to book my cylinder for the last 9-10 days, but I am unable to contact any of their numbers. Either the phones are ringing or busy. I have book 24 hour booking no.3379 and cash memo no.4472 agency not responding.

Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to get the gas dilevered done. The agency is not giving proper service for the last so many days.

I booked indane gas consumer no: 52756 ...Eswarara gas agency Ghatkesar , hyderabad
I dont know its one month over they are not distributing gas , can u take action on this.

this is not only my problem every one facing same issue
