Indane Gas — no complaint book

sir, i get my gas supplies from m/s punsup gas agency, tagore nagar, ludhiana.the problem is that they are supplying gas at home delivery price even if the consumer is taking delivery of the gas cylinder from the godown at his own.and if one demands a complait book they say we dont have one. you can talk to manager on phone. moreover the seal of the cylinders are broken most of the times. the complaint book should be within reach of all the consumers and should be provided to him on demand.

Sir, Before 11 years we have book Indane gas connection, and the gas agent provided only one gas tin but recently when we check the document we found that we have right to get 2 tin.But at present the gas agent has left the job and we are unable to get his contact .Now the gas agency are asking for another tin .Kindly suggest me how can we deal with this problem.
